Chapter 1 - After

*sigh* my own boyfriend forgot about me for some blonde cheerleader I don't remember her name, you may think I will be mad but I'm not, just very upset. My boyfriends name is Zed and we were helplessly in love at one point but that all changed he is so intrigued with her he forgot to break up with me but I don't have the heart to bring it up so we are still dating technically but he's also dating 'her'. So it's about a week after zombie intolerance happened so I've been able to join the hardware club and I love it I get to help with a lot of things but I get hurt a lot so me and the schools nurse, Mrs. Poppy, are friend I'm suddenly broken out of my thoughts by someone shaking my shoulder "Hey Y/n/n (your nickname) are you alright" my friend Lizziana asks me "yeah I'm fine, what do you need?" I reply in a cheery tone with a smile on my face. "Bucky needs help with lifting the bleachers for a pep rally and you are the strongest one here so we are sending you down instead" Lizzie tells me "okay thanks lizza" I reply skipping out of the hardware room with my tool belt bouncing on my waist. Soon I reach the gym and see Bucky leading a bunch of human and zombie cheerleaders "Hey Bucky! Lizziana sent me down here you said you needed the bleachers moved?" I question tucking a strand of my dark green hair behind my ear. "Yes! Can you move the bleachers to the left and right of the room?" He tells me "gotcha!" I reply in my naturally happy voice "thanks pickle." He thanks me he calls me pickle because the first time he talked to me I was eating a pickle. "It's not a problem" I reply and start to walk towards the bleachers and swipe left on my Z-band giving me super zombie strength and (I'm secretly a better coder than Eliza so I hacked my Z-band and made it so I can have a almost zombie mode which gives me speed and strength but I won't want to eat brains) veins pop out of my skin but I don't mind and manage to get under a set of bleachers and pick them up with ease and start walking to the right side of the room and place down the bleachers and zombie speed back to the other set of bleachers and do the same thing but on the left side of the room but before I get out from under the bleachers I swipe left on my Z-band turning me back to normal and start skipping out of the gym "Bye Bucky!" I shout to him before I leave and head back to the hardware room*

*le Time skip to after school*

Soon I return home and open my door to my room my sister, Eliza, forgets I exist so I just make it easier for myself and avoid her and grab my bag of plain black cloths and change into them once there on I leave without saying a word and sprint to Zoe and zeds house I know zeds not home he is always at the blonde girls house soon I arrive and knock on the door "hello Y/n" Zoe's dad says to me "hey Zevon" I say "is it alright if I take Zoe to the light garden?" "Sure! ZOE Y/N IS HERE" he yells to her and in three seconds flat I am being hugged around my legs. I laugh. "Y/n!!" Zoe says still clutching my legs "Hi Baby! Let's go shall we?" I say to her while picking her up and placing her on my hip. I love Zoe so much I love her like she's my child so I spoil her a lot.
