chapter 5- adorable

"Fuck" Kairi groans as he bites his lip forcefully and bangs his head on his text book.

"It really isn't that hard" Mattia said chuckling.

"Thats what she said" Kairi whispered into the textbook below him

"If you weren't asleep half of the time you'd understand it easier Kai" He said chuckling

"You know what, I give up. Come cuddle" Kairi said laying down and extending his arms signaling Mattia to be the big spoon 

"Cant argue with that" He said jumping on the bed practically squishing the smaller boy before sliding over to wrap his hands around his waist.

He takes his phone out and soon enough an audio starts playing and theres a phone camera in Kairis face, embarrassed Kairi grabs the blanket beside him and covers his face while Mattia giggles like a 12 year old girl writing the caption. "with my baby"

"Mattia don't post that i wasn't ready!!" Kairi said uncovering his face and reaching over to snatch the phone away from Mattia

"Don't worry Kai you look great" Mattia said still acting all giggly as the video kept replaying

how can someone be so adorable

"Stop watching it"

"But you look so cute"

Kairi felt himself blush and once again hid his face under Mattias blanket. Mattia put his phone down as he reached over and wrapped Kairis body as well as his own with blanket before resting his head on the smaller boys shoulder. They stayed in that position for a while, in a comfortable silence, the only noise in the room being their quiet breaths.

i could get used to this.

A loud ringing woke Kairi up since he immediately recognized the seperate ringtone he had on for his mom and quickly patted around the bed for his phone. Instead he accidentally felt something that earned a groan from the still asleep Mattia. Fuck. That never happened.

Not long after he found his phone

They'd fallen asleep. Kairi quickly sprung up from the bed causing Mattia to start to wake up. "Hey Kai, whatcha doin'" Mattia said in a sleepy voice

"Mattia its 8:30 I have to go home or my moms going to kill me" Kairi said putting all of his things into his backpack and slinging it on to his shoulder before beginning to open the door quickly

"Kairi wait up, let me drive you. Its dark out." Mattia said getting up and quickly putting on his slides.

"Im fine Mattia its only a street away"

"Kai really, let me take you"
He locked his and Kairis hand together and began walking towards the door.

Kairi of course didn't realize Mattias overthinking since all he could think about was not getting grounded for the rest of his life. That is until he felt the warmth of the others larger hand leave. Why was this normal. They got in the car and drove over to Kairis house not taking long.
