Some stuff before the date

Harvey's POV

I went home to wear something nice and I came back to her house and she still wasn't ready

So I waited for her in the living room

"Harvey why did you change?, and where is Ella" Jojo asks confused

"Ohh, ummmmm we are going on a date" I say nervous

"OMG!!! Why didn't Ella tell me, she is going to end up looking like a clown" Chiamaka screams and rushes up the stairs.

"Girls" Max says and rolls his eyes

"I know right" Jojo agrees but she was acting really strange

"You wanna go help right?" I ask her

"Yesssss" She screams

Max and I laugh and she smacks us both in the head and runs upstairs

Ella's POV

I went upstairs to my room to get something nice to wear, he said I should dress casual so I'm going to wear a jeans and a shirt

I got to my wardrobe and started rummaging through it, I couldn't find anything nice to wear so I just continued searching.

And I hear someone say

"Ella, I cant believe you didn't tell me Harvey asked you out" she said with a bit of anger in her voice

"I'm sorry, you were having a great time with Max and I didn't want to disturb you guys" I said trying to calm her down

And she blushed "so you like like Max right" I say with a big smile

"Ummm....yeah, maybe, I don't know" she says still blushing

"OMG!!You like like Max" I scream

"Yes so shut up" she yells

"Okay, okay fine" I say still smiling

"Back to you, you're a hot mess" she says with seriousness in her tone

Just then Jojo rushes in

"I got a little bit of glitter" she say holding up some glittery things

We all looked at each other and laughed
Then they started their "work" on me, according to them

"And we are done" Jojo said happily

"You look amazing" Chiamaka said

"I know right" Jojo added

"Awwww, you guys thanks, I couldn't have done it without you" I said and pulled them in for a bear hug

"You're welcome" they said in unison

Max's POV

I went up to see if she was ready, because Harvey kept on rambling about all the things that could go wrong on their date

And I heard Ella asking Chiamaka if she like liked me and she said "ummm....yeah,maybe, I don't know"

"OMG, you like Max" Ella screamed excitedly

"Yes so shut up" Chiamaka says trying to get her to stop screaming

And I rushed down to tell Harvey
"Hey Harvey guess what" I say excitedly

"What!!!, Ella doesn't want to go on a date with me, I knew this would happen, I'm so stupid, what am I going to do" Harvey rambles

"Noooo, that not it, she is almost ready" I say trying to calm him down

"Really, I was so scared" he said calming down "so what is it?"

"Its about Chiamaka, Ella asked her if she likes me and she said yes" I said excitedly

"Really, that's nice" Harvey says "So do you like her back?"

"Yeah, I think I do" Max says

"Awwwwwww" Harvey squealed

***skip to the part where Ella was ready***

Harvey's POV

I was still waiting in the living room when Jojo and Chiamaka came down

"Where is she?" I asked

"On her way" Jojo said and they both laughed

And then I saw her come down she was wearing a white tank top, black Jean's, a pink and yellow jacket and a pink waist bag (courtesy of Jojo). Her hair was in a side ponytail ( also Jojo's handwork) she had light make up on. To sum it all she looked so pretty.

"Ella..." I was unable to speak

"What? You don't like it, I can go and change" She says and tries to run up the stairs

"Nooo, it's not that" I say and she stops

"You look really pretty" I say smiling

"Oh, umm.. Thanks" she says and blushes

After a minute of awkward silence which felt like a year to me Jojo finally pushed us out and threw me the car keys, and we quickly got into the car
