Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto

It took a while for the two kittens to quiet down. While that was happening I was happily ignoring them and keeping Tobi busy and out of trouble. Which is harder than it looks, that kitten is hard to keep entertained without him getting distracted. Once I noticed that the other two had been quiet for a little bit, I went to check up on them. After all in the wise words of my grandmother "If it's quiet, then there is something wrong. Little ones are always when getting into things they are not supposed to". Wise words to take heed to. I stop playing with Tobi and begin to walk to the last place I saw the two kitties.

"Deidara, Sasori? Where are you? You're not getting into things are you? That's Tobi's job." I call out in my search as if they'll answer me. Looking around I don't see either of the kittens. There is a mew and a loud purr down by my feet. Tobi was sitting at my feet asking for attention..... again.

"Sorry Tobi, I'm just looking for the other two. Think you can help me find them? I'll give you a treat if you do~" I say with a smile, yet it's not like he could understand me right? But If that's the case then why does it look like he's practically sparkling when I asked? Is it because I said I'd give him a treat?....... Yeah, that must be it.

Tobi ran off after giving a mew. I sighed and continued to search. A few moments later I hear a loud crash and yowling. I rush over in the direction it came from, which happened to be the kitchen. Looking into the kitchen I see Tobi and Deidara making a mess...... again! Well that answers where Dei is. Stepping in before the kitchen gets any worse I pick up Deidara.

"So this is where you were huh? Well no matter, at least I know you are alright." I hug Dei to my chest and hold him with one hand. The other, now free hand runs through his silky fur.

"You wouldn't happen to have seen Sasori around would you?" I ask Dei looking down into his blue eyes as he looks up at me. He gives a grunt like sound and looks away as if he doesn't want to answer...... It's almost creepy how human they act when I ask questions. Well that's most likely just me looking too deeply into their actions. With an amused sigh I give a response of my own.

"Fair enough, you don't need to snitch on Sasori, but you're coming with me to find him." I said with a smile. I receive a huff from Deidara as I turn around and continue walking while rubbing soothing circles in his fur. I walked into the living room........Nope! No sign of Sasori here. I continue on to the rest of the house, each room turned out to be a dud. Deidara had completely settled into my hold by now. He was lightly purring, quiet enough you couldn't hear it but I could feel it. I sat down on my bed after I had checked the room for the little red kitten. I let out a sigh, it was surprisingly hard to find Sasori...... well that was until I heard a thud from behind me. Turning around I see Sasori looking at a stuffed animal that he had knocked over onto the floor.

"........Sasori..... so this is where you were?" I said as I raised an eyebrow. He just looked at me with that blank stare..... He blinked. I set down Deidara and picked up Sasori. Deidara gave a look of betrayal as I start to pet Sasori.

"I'm glad you're alright, you're so small that I was worried you might have gotten stuck somewhere I couldn't see you." I swear as I said this he gave me an irritated glare. I couldn't help but giggle. I looked at the clock by my bed.

"Well I should go make us some food...... I need to clean up that mess first don't I?" I said to no one in particular as I set down Sasori. This certainly has been an interesting day.
