Like the speed of light, he gulped down the liquid from the queen's hand. She could only frown at his actions.
"I knew it." She stared at him with hatred in her eyes. "And that is why that antidote will kill you even faster." Like the kingdom that crumbled at her highness' feet, the king collapsed as well.
The crown leaving its place, and rolling to the queen's gown. She picks it up and sighs.
"I will rule for you then."
