The Promise

Meeting You In The Battlefield

    High upon the mountains the gods discuss on what they will do to the humans whose not following.

    The god of war, Shen Wei  was very furious for the humans in Ming's kingdom, as they won't  bow to them. The other gods mumble towards each other on what  to do, but Shen Wei  pound on the table. "If the humans won't  yield to  their request, there  will be war!"

    Yezun his twin brother- the god of love calmed  his gege. "Please give the human another chance!" But suddenly  they saw soldiers and  their general wearing mask in near at the foot of their mountain. As the general called the gods to talk.

    "Imbecile  human! You think you can command a god!" He shout to him. Their father pound his fist on the table. "Shen Wei! Calmed  down! I know your the god of war but be patient! We don't  need war! We can just talk and after that we will decide.

    As they made a camp so humans and god can talk.  But the talking didn't go as planned. The gods want the human to honor them and their command while the king want to  free his people from it. "I'm sorry sire, please reconsider our plea to be free!" General Yunlan said.

     The father of the gods was about to reply when Shen Wei cane. "And why would we be listening to a man in suite with armor and didn't  want to show his face!" Said Shen Wei.  Yunlan's  world suddenly  flipped  up as he saw this gorgeous man and butterflies  flying everywhere  at him. He almost took off his helmet but Shen Wei  took his sword out and pointed it to Yunlan. "We won't  yield to your request!"

    Yunlan walk back in anger, "Then there's  nothing for us to talk!" As he was about to leave, he saw a peculiar hairpin on Shen Wei's  hair. As he ignored  it because his quite mad and will plan their  fight to them.

    The next few days,  the war  began first the gods are winning because of their powers and weapons, but with the tactics of Yunlan and few of his mages the gods are loosing. "Why does your Gege outburst in anger! Now were loosing our men to him" said Zhuiji god of sea. "Sorry brother! But you know eversince my gege lost his heart to that kid and can't  find him his become a grumpy old guy and always acting before thinking."

    As they watch from afar, "That general is good at his sword and no god can stop him! We need to eliminate  that man! Then all his soldiers will follow!" Said Zhuiji.

    While in the battle, Shen Wei  is getting frustrated as he see his men is going down one by one. "This won't  do!" As he saw the mysterious general. He quickly gallop his horse toward him. Yezun tried to stop him but it was too late.

    As he got off from his horse and engage Yunlan to a sword fight. Both parties fight to the death.  As Yunlan swing his sword. Shen Wei  will deflect  it and aimed his magic lance on him. Yunlan will use the shield that the mage  made against the power of the gods. It deflect it weapon and thrust his sword to Shen Wei. Shen Wei  teleport but Yunlan caught the hair pin he saw and took it.

    "This is my Wei wei's  hair pin!" But suddenly  Shen Wei  appeared at his back and almost pierce his back. But Yunlan turned around and evade his lance as he caught Shen Wei  wrist. "Where did you get this pin! Where is she! Where did you hide her?!" He shout at him. "I don't  know what are you talking about?!" Shout back Shen Wei.

    As he hurled his lance against him and knock off  Yunlan's  helmet revealing his face and the mark of Shen Wei on his neck.  Shen Wei  felt everything  is falling apart as he saw that mark. And look at the handsome face of the general. "No!!! It can't  be?!" As Shen Wei  remembered  little  Yunlan's  word.

    "I'm gonna be the best warrior! And marry you!" It's like time stop and only the  two of them remains. He wanted to cry to see the boy his trying finding and embrace him tightly. But Yunlan thrust his sword on him. Breaking on his day dream. "Gege!" Shout Yezun. He suddenly  use his magic bow and arrow and pointed it to Yunlan.

    As Shen Wei  was pierce by the sword, he hold the wound on his stomach. When Yunlan taken it off him. "Why?!" As he look to Yunlan and about to cry. Yunlan look puzzled  on him. But the next thing they didn't  anticipated Yezun magic arrow pierce Yunlan's  chest making him stumble and fall. "Yunlan! No!!!" Shen Wei  shout. Da quing  and the others look on what happened. "Yunlan? No! It can't be!" Whispered  Yezun to himself as he heard his gege shout.

    Da quing  want to help his friend but his too late. As Yezun quickly appeared infront  of Shen Wei  and Yunlan. And he took them both and disappeared. "No!!!" Shout Da quing.

    As they were back to the base Shen Wei  quickly healed by one of the healer. As they laid the fallen general on Shen Wei's  bed. While the servant take off Yunlan's  armor and helmet quickly. While Yezun pulled his arrow and  call one of the healers to threat Yunlan's wound.

    Shen Wei  went to Yunlan's  side quickly.  "No...no!!! I can't  loose him! Now that I found  him!" As the healer threating his wound. Yunlan moaning  Shen Wei's  name over and over. Shen Wei  quickly hold his hand. "Yunlan! I'm here! Don't  die!"

    He didn't  notice the other gods are looking at him. "Whose that guy?! His a human!" Shout Zhuiji. "What's  his doing here?! His our enemy!" Chu god of the forest ask. Shen Wei  was about to say his the general and his lover when Yezun stop him. "His the missing  lover of my gege! He is passing by when the war broke in! Luckily my gege recognize him!" As Yezun hide the armor and helmet of Yunlan  using his magic.

    "Well if he is healed now you can take him back to the humans." Said  Zhuiji as he leave with  Chu. "What  are we gonna do Gege! We can leave Yunlan to your room? The other gods would be suspicious! And your lover is the general of our enemy. He will surely break havoc here on why his on your bed?!"

    Shen Wei  whispered  to his didi, please! Let him sleep here for a while! Since I'm also resting for my wound! I will guard Yunlan and explain everything to him when he wakes up!" Yezun can't  believe  his grumpy and easily get angry gege is now a gentle  one while looking to his lost lover. "But what about the other gods?! They will be suspicious  on why the war god is not with them?!" Ask Yezun. Shen Wei  suddenly  got a bright idea.
