"English class huh?" Jimin heard and looked up, his eyes widening when he saw who it was. He quickly took his hand back and stood up.
"Y-yoongi" he mumbled but Yoongi just glared at him. "Wow, I didn't know your 'English class' was here" he chuckled bitterly.
"Hey, Yoongi. Please, Jimin didn't do anything wr--" Taehyung couldn't even get anymore words out before Yoongi's head whipped to his direction.
"Shut the fuck up. I don't have anything to talk with you" he growled.
By now everyone at the restaurant was looking at them, whispering things to each other but Yoongi couldn't give a damn, he never cared for what others thought.
Jimin bit his lip and reached over for Yoongi's arm. "Yoongi, please. Stop this and just sit dow--"
Yoongi took his hand back, "don't touch me. And I don't want to sit down. I shouldn't be disturbing the new couple" he looked at Taehyung and back at Jimin before walking out of the restaurant.
Jimin looked at Taehyung, "I'm so sorry" he mumbled before rushing out of the restaurant and grabbing Yoongi's arm before he could get on his bike.
"Yoongi, wait. Please just listen to--"
"I don't want to listen to you Jimin. The past week I've been trying to get in contact with you. You gave me dry replies, didn't pick up my calls, kept denying when I asked if I could come over or if we could meet up. And now I find out from your mother that you were actually with Taehyung the whole week and probably before that too? That you've been lying to me when there's no reason to?" he chuckled bitterly and looked at him.
"I like you Jimin. I like you so much that not seeing your face drives me nuts... but I'd appreciate if you just told me that you don't feel the same instead of lying to me. Congratulations on finding yourself someone you like" he said and walked over to his bike, grabbing the bag of snacks and dropping them at Jimin's feet before getting on the bike and speeding off, pretending as if he didn't see the sparkling tears trickling down Jimin's cheeks.
Jimin was speechless, watching Yoongi ride away. He picked up the bag and looked inside it, noticing it was full of his favourite snacks ever and there was a note inside.
"To my beautiful and hard working Jiminie. You deserve so much more than these snacks but that's all I can afford right now #brokegang"
Jimin bit his lip and walked back inside, he apologized to Taehyung before collecting his stuff and going home instantly.
Once he closed the door he grabbed his phone and started to call Yoongi over and over but his calls kept getting declined until Yoongi decided to probably switch his phone off.
He sniffled, tears falling on the screen as he started to type in a message but then he noticed that neither his calls or messages were going through...Yoongi had blocked him on everything.
Jimin placed a hand over his mouth as he sobbed, walking over to his desk and opening a drawer, taking out a small metal jewelry box and opening it. Inside was full of notes that Yoongi wrote to him either on sticky notes or just pieces of paper he tore from his books.
He knew Yoongi, he knew how his thoughts would get jumbled when he was hot headed and he'd do and say things he doesn't mean. So Jimin hoped that he'd be able to talk to him after he cools down.
Yoongi got off his bike and walked into his room, it was nearly 12AM by now but he couldn't give a damn about time. Once he opened the fridge he took out a 6 pack of beer and took it to his room.
Yoongi had never felt this way before. He never felt this betrayed by that one person he was falling head over heels for. To the world Park Jimin might be full of flaws but to Yoongi he was a perfect, like a ray of absolute sunshine and a heart made of gold.
Jimin was like his own little secret and he didn't like sharing his secrets.
