<Joseph's POV>
-"Oletus Manor...it's definitely near here..." I muttered to myself deep in thought. I had recently gotten an invitation to an unknown game. Usually,I wouldn't accept strange invitations like this,but something about the letter caught my attention. The prize. I could get whatever I desired,if I won. Maybe...just maybe...I could get him back. Oh,I'm here already... I must have been too caught up in my thoughts.

<Aesop's POV>

I'm finally here...this heavy make-up box is killing me...Man...such a long way here. Why did I even come here? Oh. Right. To find out what attracted my master to this...game.

Sigh...

Oletus Manor...it actually looks very nice.Whoever actually made the building must have been really talented. I wouldn't mind living here actually,well,before it was "abandoned" and ruined. It pained me to see all the efforts gone to waste,because I work hard on embalming my clients like the builder of this manor,as I saw the rusted gate which could have been kept in better condition just by a little bit of cleaning every now and again. Maybe I could touch it up a little...

I knocked on the door and a girl,wearing a nurse's outfit opened the door. She looked...nice...I suppose...At least her outfit isn't so hard to replicate,so I can embalm her,like the sign on the wall says I can. "Hello..?" She broke my train of thoughts. That kinda made me a little pissed,but I guess it was my fault. I waved. "What are you doing here?" The doctor asked politely. I merely passed her my invitation,hoping she wouldn't notice that it wasn't mine,as I took it from a dead woman's pocket and claimed it as my own. "Oh! Your the new survivor!" She said as she looked at the wall next to her,containing a board with a picture of me and my name. "Come in! I'm Emily btw~!" Emily said to me cheerfully. She was putting a little stress on me,being so cheerful and all.

<Joseph's POV>
I gently knocked on the door. A bandaged up child opened the door. The scythe she was carrying scared me a little... She suddenly looked down,like she was sleeping or something. "Hello?" I asked. No response. "Hellooo?" I repeated. No response again. Jeez,people could be a little nicer nowadays. "Oh,hello!" A woman with a lower half that was a snake and looked similar to the child exclaimed. "Ah,hello." I said to her,being a little annoyed at the child. "I'm Yidhra,the dream witch! This is one of my followers,she got a little far from me so I started to...lose her..." she said a little gravely. So- so that's why she didn't respond?! Because she lost touch with her commander?! Oh my gosh...I feel so embarrassed! And here I thought she was being rude. I felt my face heat up. "Are you okay?" Yidhra asked. I nodded. "Well,come in!" She said delightfully. "We've been expecting you,Mr desaulniers." A tall looking man remarked. He had claws attached to his hands too. Eek,better stay away from him..he's scary..."Oh,h-hello" I sputtered out. "No need to be nervous,Mr desaulniers,I won't bite. Not yet,at least. Jack is my name by the way." I jumped at his comment. So his name was Jack,pretty plain to be honest,but I kept that to myself. I shook his right hand,the one without the claws,firmly. "Nice to meet you,Jack." I greeted him.

<Aesop's POV>
"And that's the mercenary! His name is Naib Subedar! He kinda has some mental trauma so don't talk to him about wars or such," Emily introduced bluntly. Naib was sleeping in the couch with his elbow pads strewn all around. Man...he is really messy...I like my work space tidy so I had to hold myself back from cleaning up.."Here's my best friend,Emma Woods! She's the gardener so she spends her time in the garden outside," Emma waved cheerfully. I waved back as a form of courtesy,not because I wanted to. She's too...cheerful...probably noisy too.. "You did come here pretty late,so some people are already sleeping in their private rooms,they'll introduce themselves when they have the time," Emily explained while walking up the stairs. Well,sorry that the manor is sooooo far from where I live. I rebutted in my head. In reality I merely nodded. "Here's your room!" "...thanks..." I muttered. "Well bye.." I said,hoping Emily would get my cue to leave. She did. I walked into my room,not too bad,I must say..
DRINGGGGG-
DRINGGGGG-
"Huh..? What's..that...it's too loud...AGHHH! MY HEAD STOP THE NOISE!! SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE..!!" I covered my ears with my hands while I knelt down on the ground in pain,my ears felt like they were bleeding. The pain in my head so immense I wondered why it didn't just crack open. Maybe it would be less painful like that. I couldn't see anything but I heard my door open and footsteps coming in.

<???'s POV>
Oh...the bell that signifies that we have to start writing in our journals...well...nothing new...fortunately I already started on it so I could finish earlier and head to bed. "STOP THE NOISE!!" I suddenly heard while I was writing in my journal. At first I thought it was a fickle of my imagination as I never heard that voice before. I heard it again,this time saying
"HELP ME PLEASE..!!" I heard it coming from my left side,the room closest to the hunter manor,I was reluctant but I just decided to check it out. I saw a grey haired guy sitting on the floor with his ears covered with his hands. I have to admit,he looked kinda good. But it wasn't the time for that right now. "Stop...the...noise...please..." he cried out,his voice hoarse from yelling. "It's gonna be okay...just a while more..." I comforted. The mystery person buried his head in my chest while I tried to comfort him. He felt kinda cold to the touch but I dismissed it.

The bell stopped...

<Aesop POV>
Finally...it stopped...my ears...my head..everything hurts...I looked up,and I saw a man with a blindfold,and a symbol,presumably a religious one. "Sorry to trouble you sir. My apologies." I apologized while being slightly embarrassed since no one has seen me like that before. "No problemo! The name's Eli Clark,the seer!" He stretched out his hand and I shook it firmly. "Thank you,Mr Clark. Now I must go,once again,sorry to bother you." I turned away. "You can call me Eli,you know?" Eli said with a smile. I shook my head,and lied down on my bed. He took the hint and left. I'm going to just...close my eyes and rest...
