Takagi-san vs Nishikata round 2

I gotta keep up the motivation with this story.

"Wow. Your getting better at this" Said Takagi as Nishikata was biking around with Takagi.

They eventually came to a stop to take a break with some juice.

"By the way Nishikata. How is your summer homework coming along?" Asked Takagi.

" I-its going alright I guess" Said Nishikata.

" Hmmm. Say. Do you want to work on our homework together? " Asked Takagi.

" Well I promised a friend I would see him this afternoon" Said Nishikata.

" Same here. We can just work on it until then" Said Takagi.

"Okay. So should we go to the library? " Asked Nishikata.

" Well I didn't bring my bag with me so I don't have my homework" Said Takagi.

" Well I brought my bag. Just in case" Said Nishikata.

" No problem. We can just go to my house and do it there" Said Takagi.

"...... Huh? " Said Nishikata.

And now Nishikata was walking alongside Takagi with the bike.

"S-should I really be coming over?" Asked Nishikata.

" Do you not want to? " Asked Takagi.

" I-its not t-that. Am I even a-allowed to? " Asked Nishikata.

" Of course. My parents aren't home anyway" Said Takagi.

'I don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing' Thought Nishikata.

"Hey Nishikata let's ride double." Said Takagi.

"I told you it's really dangerous" Said Nishikata.

" C'mon. We don't want all that practice to go to waste" Said Takagi.

" W-well the road here is pretty small. And there are a few cars and w-we can't see that far ahead" Said Nishikata not really wanting to ride double anymore.

"Tsk. I guess you have a point" Said Takagi sad.

'That was close' Thought Nishikata. After awhile they reached Takagis house.

They steeped inside and took off their shoes and headed upstairs.

'Oh geez. I've never been in a girls room before. It looks so clean and neat unlike mine' Thought Nishikata making himself blush.

"You alright?" Asked Takagi leaning towards Nishikata.

" Y-yeah. Just l-l-looking around" Said Nishikata.

" What do you think? " Asked Takagi.

" I-it looks like what I would except from y-you". Said Nishikata.

" Is that a compliment? " Asked Takagi.

" I-i don't know" Said Nishikata.

" Haha. We should go ahead and get started" Said Takagi.

"Yes please" Said Nishikata.

"Oh I only have one desk" Said Takagi.

" Don't you have any others? " Asked Nishikata.

" They are all being used. And we can't share the one chair" Said Takagi.

'That would be pretty embarrassing' Thought Nishikata.

"Oh we could just study on the bed" Said Nishikata.

Takagis eyes went wide and she stared at Nishikata with shock.

'Huh? Did I say something wr-

Nishikatas face flew up in flames in realizing what he just said.

"W-WAIT! I JUST MEANT THAT WE COULD FOLD BACK THE B-BLANKET AND USE IT LIKE A DESK! Yelled out Nishikata explaining himself.

"Would you like some tea Nishikata?" Asked Takagi with the same expression.

" Huh? " Said Nishikata.

" I said would you like some tea Nishikata?" Asked Takagi repeating the question.

"Um s-sure." Said Nishikata.

"I will be right back Nishikata" Said Takagi. She left the room and stood outside the room door shutting it.

There she let go of the deep red blush that she was holding.

'I never thought I would hear that from Him' Thought Takagi going downstairs.

*Later on.

"Thanks for coming Nishikata. I can't wait to see you here again" Said Takagi.

"Huh? Here again? " Repeated Nishikata.

" Of course. Come back again and we can study on the bed again" Said Takagi causing Nishikata to blush once more.

"Y-yeah.  See y-ya" Said Nishikata leaving her house.

'I should probably keep my room always clean from now on' Thought Takagi heading to her room with a little blush on her face.

I really loved this original chapter, especially the part when Takagi said "How about we study on the bed?".
