When I die, I'm gonna become a star in the sky! The brightest one!" That's what he always told me. I never thought the day would come at least no like this...an intergalactic fight was the beginig of everything....I never thought, that I really would have to watch him become a star. he weakly squeezes my hand from his lab bed. It's so cold. he reaches his hand up to my face, slowly. "Don't cry, my dear." he wipes away my tears. his eyes are drooping, with heavy bags under them. "I'll always love you. I'll be watching over you... from the stars..." he smiles his last smile, to me.His grip on my hand goes limp, and the light fades from his beautiful magenta eyes.One last tear drop falls, slowly rolling down his cheek.Slowly, I put his hand down, as I hear his heart monitor stop.I walk to the window and look at the night sky.Would you look at that? There's another star in the sky. Right next to Orion.And it's the brightest one.
