Super Smash Bros. - The School of Smash

Prologue: The First Day of School

[Scene: Super Smash Bros. High School - Day]

[Several Smash fighters were walking inside the school.]

Master Hand: (over speakers) Good morning, fellow fighters, and welcome back to another year at Super Smash Bros. High! Make sure you say "hi" to the new fighters and make them feel welcome here as well.

[Lucina, Chrom, and Robin were walking down the halls.]

Lucina: I'm so glad that you're finally a Smash fighter, father! Now I'm willing to fight by your side during team battles.

Chrom: I'm glad, too, Lucina. And now since I'm a fighter, I'll finally have some personal, unfinished business to deal with on Mr. Show-Me-Your-Moves! But Robin, what are you gonna use for your Final Smash now?

Robin (Male): I'm still gonna use you.

Chrom: Yeah, but what if we're fighting against each other?

Robin (Male): (thinks for a second) Then I'll... think of something.

[They now noticed Marth and Ike and walked up to them.]

Lucina: Oh, hey, guys. How's your summer?

Marth: Well, you know me. Sword fighting and royal duties.

Ike: Yeah, and I've been training my ass off.

Robin (Male): (looks at Ike observingly) Yeah, I can see that.

Chrom: Well, do you two know where Captain Falcon is by any chance? (draws his sword out) I wanna have a "personal" chat with him.

Ike: (looks out the window and sees Captain Falcon pulling up in the parking lot) He just arrived.

Chrom: Thanks. (runs downstairs)

Marth: Wow. Chrom really does have a five-year-old grudge against Captain Falcon, doesn't he?

Lucina: Oh, he'll get over it.

Master Hand: (over speakers) Oh, I almost forgot one more thing! To the fighters who are roaming in the halls, if you see a runaway Lightning Chariot, either duck or get out of the way!

Ike: Uh, what does he mean by a "runaway Lightning--"?

Pit: Out of the way!!!

[The four all ducked down when Pit and Dark Pit were riding the Lightning Chariot through the halls and out of the school. Then they were flying past some fighters and was heading towards a tall statue of a man at lightning speed.]

Lucas: (gasps and points at them) They're heading straight for the Iwata Memorial!!!

[Palutena and Isabelle were walking away from the statue and saw the two angels rushing towards them. Then Isabelle pulls out a whistle and uses it to stop the two unicorns.]

Pit: (stands up) We're alive!? We're alive!!

Dark Pit: (stands up) Good. And from now on, (gets up in Pit's face) I'm driving!!

Palutena: I don't get it. How was getting to school here that troubling?

[The two angels think for a minute.]

[Flashback: Palutena's Temple - Day]

[Pit and Dark Pit were fighting over the reins.]

Dark Pit: Give me that!!

Pit: No, give it back!!

[While they were yelling at each other, Phos and Lux started to pull the chariot without them knowing.]

[End of Flashback.]

Palutena: (sighs) I knew I should've used the Power of Flight.

Isabelle: Well, why didn't you?

Palutena: Well, you see, to here from Skyworld, it's ten minutes. Their wings would've burn off by then.

Isabelle: Well, how did you get here?

Palutena: I warped here. (giggles)

Dark Pit: I don't know why you still work for her.

Pit: (sighs) I stopped asking myself that years ago.

[The bell rings.]

Pit: I'm gonna go take the chariot to the gardens. (walks off with the chariot)

Isabelle: So, is everything in this school a bit... chaotic?

Palutena: No, not usually.

[The three then walks off.]
