Izuku's POV~
It's been a few days since the accident in training, and everything is nearly back to normal, other than the fact that we don't have to hide our relationship from our classmates anymore. They were all really supportive, which took my by surprise a little bit. I didn't think they'd have anything against any of us being gay, but I figured at least one of them would be against a polyamorous relationship.
We were in class, Aizawa lecturing about something or another, I wasn't paying attention. I had discovered a new hero, and was working on a new page in my notebook, as well as adding information to other pages I already had created. I was pretty focused, but I was still able to see when Kacchan visibly tensed in front of me.
It was really unusual and caught my attention almost instantly. I looked up with a concern expression, about to ask him what was wrong, when I noticed something, or rather someone, in my peripheral vision.
Endeavor was standing at the front of our classroom, looking pissed off and stern as always.
In half a second, I was just as tense as Kacchan. This could go so so so bad. If anyone slips up, it's over for us. Why was he even there?!
"-e'll be leading training today. Nezu wanted another pro's input on all of your training, and Endeavor was... kind enough to volunteer his time." Mr. Aizawa explained, not seeming any happier about this situation than the students.
"Go get into your gym uniforms and meet me at the track in ten minutes. Don't be late." Endeavor said with an, already, annoyed expression. Today would be absolute hell.
Aizawa's POV~
As all of my students left the classroom, it was just me and Todoroki left. Before he could follow the teenagers out of the room, I caught his wrist with my scarf.
"What'd you want?" He asked me gruffly.
I walked closer to him, already pissed at his attitude. "If you hurt any of those kids, there'll be hell to pay." I told him, dead serious.
That only seemed to make him angrier. "Is that a threat, Eraserhead?" He asked me back, venom dripping from his words.
I stared him straight in the eyes. "Not at all," I said, backing up a little bit and walking towards the door, "It's a promise."
Izuku's POV~
Arriving at the locker rooms was a relief. I didn't have to worry about the number one hero watching me.
I grabbed Shoto and Kacchan's wrist, pulling them a little ways away from the rest of the boys. "What's going on?" I asked them, but mainly directed it at Sho.
He looked just as panicked as me. "I have no idea. He didn't say anything to me about taking over our training. I'm just as clueless as you two." He said honestly.
I sighed and ran a hand through my hair. "What'd we do?" I asked them, scared for... well everything. Them, our relationship, me. All of it.
Everything was at stake.
"Pretend like we hate each other again, or well, like I hate you. You two just... do what you used to before we started... you know..." Kacchan struggled to explain.
Shoto and I knew what he was trying to say though, and nodded in understanding. I quickly pulled them both into a group hug. "I love you guys." I whispered.
"We love you too Izu." Shoto said back, squeezing Kacchan and I just as tight as we were.
"Love you nerds." Kacchan said, somewhat embarrassed. I giggled at him, earning a rough hair ruffle.
"See you guys after class." Kacchan said, reluctantly walking away from us and heading over to Kirishima. It hurt to watch him go, knowing that I wouldn't be able to talk to him normally again until after school.
I looked over at Shoto. "Well Todoroki, we should probably get changed." I said with a huff. I hated calling him that, it just wasn't right anymore.
"I hate when you call me that." He said softly, voicing my own thoughts.
"I know, but we don't have much of a choice." I said back, pulling him back over to Iida so we could get changed before we were late.
Our class rep seemed to have noticed our exchange. "I assume you still haven't told your father, which will complicate things during today's training. I was just wondering if you were still keeping it a secret, so I can act accordingly." Iida informed us.
I smiled at him, mainly from relief that he'd be willing to help us out. "Yeah, we're still keeping it a secret from Sho-Todoroki's father. If you could pretend like the last few days never happened, that be great." I said, scratching the back of my neck awkwardly. I hated asking my friends to lie, but there wasn't much of an option.
"Of course. It isn't my place to out any of you, especially to a parent. It's your secret to tell and your decision of when, where, or even at all." He said, shocking me a little bit. I had just assumed Iida would hate having to lie, I didn't think he'd be so willing and understanding about everything.
I have the best friends.
"Thanks Iida, that... means a lot." Shoto spoke up. I smiled warmly at him. He was getting more and more comfortable with other people in our class and... it just made me all warm inside, to see him breaking out of his shell, little by little.
Shoto and I quickly changed, being the last ones left in the locker room. We were totally going to be late.
I rushed out, while Shoto walked out leisurely. He enjoyed upsetting his father way to much.
"You're both late. Ten laps." Endeavor said, not even sparing us a glance.
I didn't try and argue with him and just quickly got to work on running. I noticed Shoto roll his eyes before falling in right behind me.
"No quirks!" He shouted as an after thought, making me huff in annoyance. I could be done in ten seconds with my quirk!
The day had only just started, and I was already ready to leave.
