Spider-Man; Changes (Rewrite)

Chapter 4: The Black Suit.

Peter was deep asleep, when something stirred in his backpack, separating itself from his shoe, and leaving the shadows of the closet where Peter had Haphazardly thrown his bag before going to sleep, carefully Crawling its way towards the bed where Peter lay, getting closer, and closer...
After a little bit, it had reached the side of his bed, and started to pull itself up towards Peters Costumed hand, and just before starting the bonding process, it had to stop, the anticipation building, and silently roar in excitement...

Before going back down, reading up, and starting the bonding process, by latching itself onto Peters gloved hand, seeping through the material, and absorbing it...

It keeps crawling up his arm, until it's coated his entire left arm, and moves across to the other arm, and grows down that one, until it reaches his right hand, and as it covers it, it's makes it into a fist, testing that the binding process is working, as it hasn't bonded with a host for what felt like eons...

As it then covers The mans legs, the bits of the ooze on his left hand starts to solidify, making itself into a "costume" and it slowly continues to solidify across the parts that it had bonded to first...

After it had completely coated both of his legs, it finally starts to crawl up his torso, attaching to his flesh through the costume, absorbing the red and blue suit, and replacing it with itself...

And then it finally reaches Peters head... the last thing it needed to do before phase one of bonding was complete... it slowly crawls up his neck, and up to his chin, then it carefully oozes up to his mouth and over it towards his eyes, and as soon as Peter feels something wet and gooey on his face, he opens his eyes, gasping, as his vision is quickly clouded in darkness...

And then, he feels cold, he shivers as he opens his eyes to find that he is hanging upside down looking at someone clad in a dark outfit, also hanging upside down, but as he looks around, he realises it's his reflection... "why am I hanging upside down in the middle of Manhattan in a costume I've never seen before?" He thought to himself, as he looked at the reflection to get a good look at his "new costume"
It was odd, it wasn't his usual red and blue with white eyes and black webs, plus a black spider on his torso and a red one on his back, instead, it was comepletely Midnight Black, with an almost blueish purple sheen, with a giant white spider on his torso that seemed to connect to an identical spider in his back, with eyes that weren't neat and tidy like his regular eye lenses, but messy, and when he squinted to get a better look at his reflection, he could've sworn the eyes of the mask did the same...

But just as he thought that, he realised he had felt... stronger... almost as if this suit where enhancing his spider powers, so he decides to go take a swing with his new costume, and just see what this new suit can do, but just before he swings, he realised he didn't have his web shooters, yet he was hanging from a web, and he pondered to himself, "wait, can this costume shoot its own webs?" And as if responding to his thoughts, he felt himself leap from the web he was holding, and start swinging, he felt almost like he was on autopilot, but he just put that off as him being tired... though he still had to wonder... "where did this suit come from?" As he swung faster than ever through the city...
