Quirk: Emitter; Elemental Manipulation- true to its name, Tsukushiku has the ability to manipulate the basic 4 elements, (e.i. Fire, Earth, Water, Air)
Name of Anime Character: Katsuki Bakugo (♂)
She's really close with deku and she backs him up all the way. she's not one for attention, even if attention finds it's way to her she lives by itself. Because of a tragedy that occured a long time ago, leaving her parents dead and start of her pursuit to find the killers responsible.
She knows about All Might's true for seeing as he's her uncle, he checks in with her daily cause of the very close bond they have. She was also friends with deku before he meets All Might and Yeha.
Her drawback to her power is that she's used to using one quirk at a time. She hasn't been able to use more than one and if she does she can't use her quirk for about an hour.

Hope that you like it DaMauryayWright, I had a bit of trouble with her description so this is how she turned up. I tweaked some of her features so that it fits with her outfit.
