Amai lives at the Izuku household as a guest, he and Izuku are basically brothers. He is so attached to Izuku and his mother, they don't know what would life be if he left. Amai is kinda rough with Izuku, pushing him around and hitting him a bit too hard, but they have a good bond as both friends and brothers.
