Shiro can only copy emitter and transformation quirks since he is unable to change the structure of his body. He can also only use one quirk at a time and after using one quirk there is a 3-minute cooldown before he can use another different quirk.Shiro is usually reserved. But wit those he knows well, he is quite an active cheerful chatterbox but that doesn't mean he doesn't have moments of self-doubt.
