Emotions are like stations,
If you get a tad bit late,
You loose them,
Memories are like tickets,
You can keep them till the station master takes it from you,
Until you're left with a faint memory,
Life is a trickster,
The train is an acid trip,
Our lives are jumbled, together,
Can I time loop that moment,
When we were on the river,
Beers and hearts clashed,
along with ciders and sakes, friends clashed,
Rivalries here and after,

A hope remains,
Not long ago,
Never a fan of stares,
Even if she was at fault

I shouldn't have had written so much poetry, they loved my darkness,

Leaving them like a train that went off,
Over the hills of Nuwara Eliya to Idalgashinna,
Vaping our memories, numbing our
Emotions, crying out for a

Yesterday, reaching
Out for each other in an empty space,
Unrequited, unforgettable, unfortunate love stories marks inside footboards,

Treasured on the rust,
Of a time loop we wished we paused, hoping everything will be
Over in no time soon;

A.
