Quirk 1:
9 Lives:
It gave him 9 lives, but even after he had used all 9 he will not die. But, there is a way to die so he is not immortal. He can die by sickness or age. His quirk makes his hair look darker for unknown reasons. This quirk is rare and has only been seen a number amount of times in the age of quirks.
Draw back: The draw back isn't much besides from it making him thirsty and hungry every time he comes back to life after death.

Instincts:
This quirk gives Izuku cat ears and a tail, the fur color of them are the same as his hair and fun fact, his fur feels like silk making it soft. He had advanced speed, hearing, and is able to move from place to place quietly. For his hearing he can hear from miles away. You can set a range to how far you want to hear or if you do not want to hear anything at all besides from normal senses a human has.
Drawback: Since this is mutant quirk he does not have any drawback besides he can't hide his ears and tail unless tucking them in. He also gets headaches if he strains his ears hearing to much.
