•Chapter 6•

It took Jungkook until they were out of the building to realize that Jackson wasn't with them. That wasn't because Jungkook didn't care about the older because he really did but it was because Taehyung was getting his nerves constantly.

"Where the hell is Jackson?" he asks the other one who was already standing at his car. "I told someone to take care of him, don't worry" Taehyung answered and Jungkook frowned but got in the passenger seat of Taehyung's car because the other one was into the car too.

"Why didn't you let him come with us? You want to be alone with me or what?" he asks when he closes the car door. "Yeah, exactly" the other one answers again and Jungkook didn't expect this.

"Ew, why?" Jungkook asks not wanting Taehyung to be the last one to speak. "Look," Taehyung says, turning his body so he is looking at the younger.

"Your father gave me the responsibility over you what means I'm kind of taken over his position as our dad. I need you to listen and get better and that guy isn't helping"

"Oh, you have a daddy kink too?" the younger says, looking at the other one in disgust. Not because he thought that kink was disgusting but just the thought of the other one having it disgusts him.

Taehyung sighs softly but he's not regretting doing this because it's only the second day and he has time. He has unlimited time so he doesn't has to worry about that and he knows that Jungkook has something good in him too.

Taehyung had to admit that he sometimes thought the comments of the younger were kind of funny but most of the time they were just irritation and it really made him roll his eyes all the time.

"Jungkook, You have to listen to me," he says and Jungkook looks at him with a mocking face. "I don't listen to people who are too.." Jungkook pauses and Taehyung already knew what was coming but he just let the younger say it again.

"Old-fashioned"

"That's bad luck for you because you have to"

"I bet if I ask my dad to fire you, you're gone the next day"

Taehyung laughed at this. He knew he was Mr. Jeon's favorite employee and he wouldn't just fire him because Jungkook asked him. Taehyung knew that because Jeon knows that he was working with his son and he knows how his son can be.

"Believe me, that won't work. I'm his favorite employee"

Jungkook rolled his eyes at this. "Yeah true, ey I have an idea! Why don't you just take over my last name and take over the company instead of me!" Jungkook says enthusiastically.

"That would be perfect right?" Jungkook asks. Taehyung who was already driving now looked next to him to look at the boy.

"Don't you mind the fact that your father would change his son if he could?" he asks but Jungkook shrugs his shoulders.

"My dad would change me if it was only for the company. I know he loves me and he wouldn't want to change me as his son, only as his successor"

Jungkook knew his father loved him. His father loved him a lot, he was sure of it. He says to him a lot that he wished he had another son but he doesn't mean it. He just wished another successor or just that Jungkook would take the company seriously.

Taehyung stops the car and gets out of it. Jungkook who was in deep thoughts notices this and follows his lead.

They both walk into the mall. "Shopping is one of the less boring things we're going to do so please let's make it a little fun," Taehyung says before walking in a store where Jungkook would never go.
