I finally got to the hospital as I seen my grandson and my daughter both asleep; I picked him up carefully to make sure he doesn't cry. "His name is Jaxon Gunner Upchurch." ma said making me turn and look at her. She had a bottle in her hand. "She can't breast feed so here." Ma handed me the bottle. Ma told me to wake him so I did, I fed him the bottle as ma said, "You know i've never seen a girl so determined to give someone a better life then her." I smiled a little. "I know Ma it surprised me too, but it also makes me glad because it just means she will better not just herself but all of us. I'm glad to call her my daughter." "I'm glad to call you a dad." We both heard as we looked over to River as we seen her cheeky smile.

"Anyway, I see that Jaxon likes you." I chuckled at her, I seen her on her phone before 'Put Your Head On My Shoulder' by Paul Anka started playing. "Nothing like the classics." She told us making us smiled. "That's very true." She giggled softly. "So what's the situation with Dummy?" I asked her making her roller her eyes at me. "Going to court in a couple days to figure out child support. We'll see if he even shows up. He may have to do mandatory co-parenting classes with me, but if it is anything like his other kids he wont even show up." she told us making me roll my eyes in return. "But he might be better off without his father in his life since he has grandpa Ryan and his many uncles." I chuckled, Rypta came in with Felicia. "Hey guys meet your nephew Jaxon Gunner Upchurch!" "Aweh he is so adorable. Girl you did amazing." I laughed as River blushed. "Thanks Felicia." she giggled back before asking to hold Jax.

I scolded dad so he put little white pants on him, I got him in his car seat carefully that dad customized so it had RHEC on it and camo...I didn't fight with dad, I mean who could really? When we left we had to go to the court house, I did call the judge and let him know I was going to be late since I was just released from the hospital. Which he understood completely. When we walked in we went to the area we were supposed to and I met up with dads lawyer, he explained everything to me. "Is the baby with you?" I nodded, "My grandma has him with her out in the car because....well I can't breast feed so we have a portable milk warmer in the car." He nodded, Dad reminded me to talk off my beanie. As I did Ares came in...I was shocked but he was with this new girl well not new but that Amber girl he had been seeing. He glared at me making me squeamish. "Don't worry the judge knows everything there is a chance that he won't be able to see him." The lawyer whispered in my ear. I nodded and looked forword. "Please stand for the Honorable Judge Hanson!" a officer said as we stood up.

While the judge was talking I was listening and being polite, I glanced over to see Ares just slouched not listening not even seeming to care what the judge says. "I don't normally do this but may I see your son?" I nodded, "Is it okay if my dad gets him? He is feeding outside with my grandma since I cannot breast feed." The judge nodded. "You are a very polite young woman usually don't get to see much of that now days." I smiled. "Well I may come from a bad house hold but my adoptive dad has made me see that there is a world where you can be polite and work for what you have or you don't I chose to make it so my son has the world and beyond." the judge chuckled. When my father came in, "Sorry bout that sir, he was in the middle of burping." My dad was holding him. "Would you like to hold him sir." I asked making him smile. "Please." I smiled. When dad gave Jax to the judge I smiled, "His name Is Jaxon but I call him Jax." the judge just smiled, after a minute the judge called for my dad to take him back. Everyone was quiet...I mean you could hear a pin drop. "Ares you are to pay Miss. Upchurch here 600$ a month, with supervised visits unless you would not like to see your child...I see you have a record here with not seeing your children that you already have amoung barely making any child support payments." Ares finally spoke up, "I give up all prental rights to Jaxon and I will be leaving for North Carolina for boot camp coming up next week." He said handing papers over. I wanted to say something but didn't.

I looked at the judge who shook his head, "It's ashame that you don't want to see your children grow up, but it will be noted that you are giving up your rights as a parent and I will be calling this camp in North Carolina to make sure you are going and there also to make sure that half your pay goes to child support. Case dismissed." I thanked the judge and left when it was okay. I groaned once i felt the heat on me. "Let's get home. Deardorff is waiting along with some others to meet Jax." I nodded. I was about to get into the car when I was stopped. "Proud?" Ares said making me look at him. "What do you mean? Proud? Yes I am! I am a proud mother who is about to work her ass off for her child just to make sure he has everything. Proud that I have a whole family that supports me and proud I don't have a jackass in my life to screw everything up. I warned you Ares and you fucked with the wrong girl. You see, I have this thing called respect for others and loyalty. I hope one day you will understand when one of your thousands of children comes up to and asks why you weren't in their lives, and you have a family of your own that doesn't even know of these children. You are nothing but a brat and a fuckboy the only diffrence was I was forced to have sex, put I am proud of my son."

Ares looked at my wide eyed and didn't say anything, "Just leave me alone. Please." I asked him before I got into the car. Grandma and dad looked at me. "What?" I cocked my head tot he side confused. "I'm proud of you for being mature about this escpecally when you talked to Ares." I shrugged. "I just told him the truth." Dad smiled. I made sure Jax was securely buckled in before buckling myself in.
