You woke up as if it were any other morning, you just felt more happy. It's Friday, the day after Jeonghan's birthday. Also the day where you and your mom run the shop together. You remembered Jeonghan saying he'd visit again today. You were happy but you also had an unsettling feeling about it. If he were to visit today he would also see your mom. Where's the problem? Your mom would see him after 5 years. 

Sure it doesn't sound bad but your mom tends to... Well, overreact sometimes. You had no idea how she would react to this situation. Would she cry in front of him? 'oh Jeonghan! Where have you been?! *sob sob*' or would she yell at him with an overwhelming amount of unnecessary anger? 'Where on EARTH have you BEEN? You LEFT MY DAUGHTER ALONE ALL THIS TIME!'

You got a chill down your spine about the angry one.

You got up from bed and started getting ready for the day. Grabbed your clothes, got in the shower, brushed your teeth, got dressed, and straight down the hall. You looked in the mirror thinking you looked cute today. You try to look good any day of the week but today you just had an extra sense of satisfaction with your outfit. It was now 9:02 am as it takes you a little less than an hour to wake yourself up and get ready.

You were making your way down the stairs and heard an extra voice in the kitchen. You heard laughing. There was a guy in your house with your mom and you were certain it wasn't your dad because you dad's voice is much deeper. The voice was familiar, so familiar that you didn't have to question. (a/n readers don't have to question either i mean this is pretty obvious lmao)

Guess that meant you didn't have to worry about your mom blowing up in front of you since you heard laughing.

Unexpected, but kinda expected (since you heard him halfway down the stairs), there he was talking to your mother. Your mom noticed you before he did.

"You're finally awake! Look who's here!" Your mom said with a smile

"I don't need to look because I heard you talking in the hallway." you continued, "Jeonghan, what are you doing here so early?"

"Not even a hello?" He said with a teasing smile on his face

You smiled back, "Hellooo, but you didn't answer my question"

"I said I'd come back didn't I?"

"Well, yeah but I thought you meant later... In the shop." You had a questioning look on your face. 

"Oh, y/n don't worry about working today. Spend some time with Jeonghan" Your mom said while pinching his cheek, you were surprised.

"But, Eomma we normally work together on Fridays" 

Before your mother could open her mouth, Jeonghan interrupted:

"Well, I cleared my schedule early this morning so I could spend some long needed time with you. It's not often I get to do that, so you pretty much have to come with me."

"What time did you get here?" You were confused

"I got here about an hour ago-"

"An HOUR?"  You cut him off. What the heck? You had just woken up an hour ago. He's been here that long?

"Yeah, I decided to wait until you were woken up and ready." He said.

"Stop worrying about all of that and just go have fun. You're already dressed anyways." She was practically pushing you out the door. "I love you~, OH and if you're planning to be out the whole day, Jeonghan, I want to see her back before 11:00pm with you. It's dangerous at night." She said, you two were slowly walking out the door because of her subtle nudging.

"Yes ma'am." He gave a polite smile to her and he looked down at you with the same look. It made you fuzzy inside.

"Bye mom, I love you too-" You tried to finish but she had closed the door on both of you

"Geez..." You mumbled.

Your house was too far to walk to the city. You put on your sunglasses and looked out on the road until you heard a beep beep and over to the side of the road

"Ah, I forget you know how to drive" You gave a little laugh.

You both walked down to the car and got in. Before he started the car he faced his head toward you. "What do you want to do first?" He asked

Your stomach grumbled, you looked down at your stomach and back at him "I guess you can tell what I want huh?" You gave an embarrassed smile. He chuckled "Food first it is."

He started the car and you guys were on your way. You were looking out the window and the topic of why he was at your house so early in the morning just popped in your head. "How'd you know I lived in the same place?" You asked him while still looking out the window. "I always saw the bakery on the way to places when me and the group needed to go somewhere. I figured that if the bakery was still there, you were still here too." He said in response.

You giggled a little, "I see"

Still on the road, you were just thinking to yourself 'is this a date? It couldn't be. I see him as an older brother and he sees me as a little sister. Plus we're just catching up. Nothing like that'

"What are you thinking about?" He said out of no where. You jumped a bit

"Nothing" Your face turned a light shade of pink

"Obviously it isn't nothing"

"Yes it is, well, isn't, well, It's nothing! Just focus on the road"

"Aha, okay okay"

You looked at the ring on his pinky

"Is that the ring from your group?"

"Yeah, wanna see it?"

"Sure"

He took it off for you to hold. You looked at the size of the ring and looked to your pinky finger. His hand is much bigger than yours. You gave it back to him and he put it back on.

"That's cool, must be super important to all of you huh? It seems cool having like 12 brothers, living like a family, traveling around together and performing and stuff"

"Yeah, It's like our relationship, we act like siblings, but they're boys and more annoying. It's nice to be away from them every once in a while though. I guess today is my break."

It's like our relationship, we act like siblings. He's right. You guys did act like siblings. Even if it's been awhile and you grew apart, you guys felt as close as ever. You didn't mind him saying that because it was true. You saw nothing more of your relationship.

You continued talking about your lives in the car. 

You guys didn't go too far to eat, in fact, the place you went to eat at was in the same area as your old highschool, which gave you an idea. "How about we walk for a little?" You suggested. "Sure" He smiled at you again before he pulled out his face mask to cover up. He had to, or else a bunch of girls would have started swarming around him. You were walking in the direction of the old playground you always went to as kids. Eventually once the playground came into sight, you both looked at each other with the same thought. "I'm gonna beat you this time!" You started running, you had a head start. He noticed what was happening and he started running behind you. He caught up and beat you just by a second. "Are you kidding me? I thought I'd gotten faster."

"Apparently not" He was laughing at you. Just like he used to. 

You both laid on the grass. Examining the clouds and just talking.

Just like old times.

WOW, 1291 word count. That's kind of a lot. This day will continue in the story but this is the end of chapter 6. This story got #18 in #kpopfanic. I don't know if that's important but I think that's pretty cooooOOoool. Anyways, Thank you for reading, seeya next time :)
