Looney Lovers (Bugs Bunny x Reader)

Chapter 14

"Action!!"

"Hey (Y/N), when did you get a dog?" Bugs asked, looking around the set with a worried expression.

"What? I don't have a dog Bugs." (Y/N) replied.

They were shooting a scene for the new Looney Tunes Show, and the plot for this episode is as followed:

Bugs finally had the courage to at least act on some of his feelings by asking (Y/N) to go to the mall with him. (Y/N) agreed, and she went to get her things,  only to find that her purse was missing. She went out to ask Bugs if he had seen it, and he said he didn't. But while (Y/N) was inside, a dog was running around in her house. Or at least, something that looked like a dog.

"Are you sure doc? I could've sworn a saw a dog in your house." Bugs persisted.

Before (Y/N) could answer, a growl came from inside the house. Both the animals peered into the door, looking for whatever might've made the noise.

"What are you guyth doing?" Daffy asked as he walked up behind the two. When they didn't answer, he pushed his way past them and into the house. "What're you guyth looking at anywayth?"

"Daffy don't-"

"AAA!! What is that thing!!??!!"

"Daffy get out of there!!"

"Come on doc, run!!"

"Guyth help me!! Distract it or something!!"

"Bugs grab that rake!"

"AAA!! You could've hit me!"

"Run Daffy!! Run!!"

"Get to my house!!"

All three ran into Bugs' house, slamming the front door just in time. (Y/N) walked over to one of the front windows, peering out onto the front lawn. "Whatever that was, it sure wasn't a dog."

"CUT! That was great guys! Take 10."

Bugs and Daffy let their faces relax, while (Y/N) bounced off towards the snack table.

"All that screaming sure made me hungry. Ain't that right guys?" (Y/N) questioned, picking up a cup of tea.

"You got that right!" Bugs replied, following her over to the crowded table. It seemed as though everyone was on a break now, and all swarming at the chance of a snack between scenes.

BRING!! BRING!!

"Oop! That's my ma! Gotta take it. I'll be right back Bugs!" Said (Y/N) as she plucked her phone from her pocket. "Hello?"

Bugs knew he shouldn't, but he listened anyway. With a loud voice like hers, everybody would hear her anyway.

"Hi Mom!"

A pause.

"What? Calm down! What's going on?"

Another pause. This one a lot less comfortable.

"What??!!"

Bugs was getting more and more worried by the second. What's happening?

"Oh my God how??"

(Y/N) had started sniffling, becoming louder and louder every time a pause ended.

"I'm coming as soon as I can. It's ok if I bring a friend... Right?"

Bugs pondered on this sentence. Where was she going? Who's she taking with her? Why does she have to go?

"I'll see you in a few days. I love you."

And then the sobbing started.

"(Y/N) what's wrong??" Bugs asked, dashing over to her like a madman.

"It's Klia! She's- She's... She's dead!!" (Y/N) screamed, burying her head in Bugs shoulder. "She-"

"Shhh... Calm down. Breath." Bugs rubbed his co-stars back as he tried his best to calm her down. (Y/N) tried her hardest to breath, but the only thing she could do was sob brokenly.

Why? Why did her only sister have to die as soon as life started improving? (Y/N) could already tell that the next few months would be hard.

How could she act happy when her sister was dead?
