"Why not him?" Sabi ni Sabrina "oo nga his pasok naman to the requirements of being a ssg secretary eh" sabi ni Lolita Perez the ssg treasurer. "And his known all over the school, kaya kahit mag pa boto tayo I'm sure he will win" Sabi naman ni Hazel kate Morianya isa sa mga Senator, habang na mimilipit na sa galit si Gloria. "Tama na!" Pahinag sigaw ni Gloria na ikinabigla ng lahat "excuse me, since everyone is agreeing on putting Mr. Mon on this team.... Then I couldn't agree more" nag ngitian ang ibang myembro at nag tanguan habang gulat na gulat si Gloria.

"No but's Ms.Emerald it's my drcision." Sabi ng activity coordinator "But for now habang nandito pa si Sabrina she will still be incharge of that position" sabrina stand up and bow to everyone, "Marla? Please inform Mr. Mon about this sudden agreement" everyone look at her "Yes I will" Marla smiled back.

"So can we start now?" Everyone said yes, she look at Gloria na walang ganang gawin ang meeting, huminga sya ng malalim at nagsalita.

"Okay so as we all know one of the school's biggest event is coming up this August right" tumango ang lahat habang nakaabang si Sabrina sa mga dapat nya e take note.

"The Santolan's August Fair, and like we do every year meron parin tayong mga booth's and competition pero I want to add something more fun, I want this Years Fair to be the best, any suggestions?" Nag tinginan sila sa mga katabi at nag bulungan "how about a pageant?" Helenna Mendez one of the senators suggested.

"No, kasi we have a pageant in October which is the search for Ms and Mr Santolan and we have alot of events in hand and a pageant is a major event" everyone nod and Gloria sigh "think harder everyone.

"Uhmm" Arnold raised his hand "yes?" Gloria signaled him to speak " I have a suggestion" Gloria nodded nagpapahiwatig na pwede syang magsalita.

"We want extra ordinary right? We want it to be the best, so how about mag pa rides tayo? Malaki naman yung open field natin and lahat tayo makakapag enjoy consider the personels to." Gloria smiled at parang na gustuhan ang ideya ni Arnold.

"Sabrina wrote that down I like it" Hazel raised her arms and Gloria signaled her to speak "well? Mahihirapan tayo sa pag convince ng students to pay a big amount of money." Nagtinginan sila kay Gloria.

"Well, pwede tayo mag pa exam in july and august para makakuha ng pambayad sa rides and then we can ask them for a small amount of amot incase lang naman mag short yung budget from the exam." Gloria explain and all of them nodded.

"Just give me the letters after okay? Aalis muna ako." Sabi ng activity coordinator kay Gloria and she nod.
"Sabrina? Can you do the letters? Gumawa ka muna ng request letter for the principal and afte that ibigay mo sakin pag may pirma na okay?" Sabrina nod to what Gloria said.

"Hazel and Helena can you contact some rides? I need 4-5 like asap para matapos ni sabrina yung request letter." Tumango silang dalawa at nag labas ng selpon.

"Arnold, Marla, at Karen pumunta kayo from grade 1 to grade 12 and mag announce kayo about sa event pero after nlng na magawa namin yung mga events, sa ngayon pumunta kayo by room sa junior and senior high and ask kung sino yung mag papabooth so we can give them slots." Explain ni Gloria sa tatlo "chat mo nalang sakin yung mga events" sabi ni Marla and Gloria nod.

"At kayo mga naiwan some of you gumawa kayo ng program okay? And then we will do the planning for the events." Umupo siya at nagkuha ng bond paper at ballpen at nag simulang mag sulat ng mga events.

BINIGAY ni Gloria ang kopya ng events kaila Lolita at bigla silang napatingin sa mga pumasok na sina Marla. " Pinatawag mo raw kami?" Tumango si Gloria at pinahintulutan silang umopo at pinatigil ang lahat sakanilang mga gawain.

"Gusto ko munang pag usapan natin itong mga events at lahat tayo pupunta sa mga classroom to announce this okay?" At nag okay naman ang lahat.

"So we have the events and aranged it at naka produce na kami ng program, this event is a 3 days evet pero isang boung week ang gagamitin natin for 2 days rest. I just want you to know if anyone ask kung may mga team ups na bah tell them wala pa by july pa mabibigay yun, and that this just serve as paalala for them to be ready sa upcoming event. Explain it clearly okay?" Explain ni Gloria na napangiti ang lahat sa excitement at umalis na sila upang ipakalag ang magandang balita.

Naglakad sya papalaput kay sabrina "hindi kaba sasama sakanila Ms. President?" Umupo si Gloria sa tabi nya habang naka focus sa ginagawa nitong letter. "Wait, nakalimutan mo na naman" she smiled at Sabrina and sigh " you will always start wit a greeting and mag papaalam ka kung anong organization tayo." Sabi ni Gloria at inagaw ang keybord para ayusin ang mali ni Sabrina at napakamot nalang ang dalaga "there you go tapos na e print mo na sa dalawang copy, isa para sa principal at isa para kay Ms. Sanchez(activity coordinator)" tumayo si Gloria at naglakad papunta sa pintuan at bago lumabas ay hinarap niya si Sabrina " I'll be at the faculty waiting for you, I need the letter with the principal's signature on it kuha mo?" Sabrina smiled and nod to Gloria, ngumiti rin si Gloria tsaka lumabas.
