The girls all tried to grab me and they shoved me out the door. Emily grinned at me for the second time and whispered, "They are all a bit excited!" I nodded my head but my face was full of amusement. Nothing seemed so serious here, and I don't get why the General said, "Be brave." it makes no sense. We all ran down the hallway chasing after each other, Billie yanked open the door, and we all came stumbling outside. Caitlyn looked up sharply as if she was listening to something "Follow me." She whispered to everyone.

We followed Caitlyn quietly, and the sight we saw on the other side of the dorm was quite astonishing. A larger boy with a strong build had a small boy in a headlock. The larger boy's friends were all standing around him with smirks on their faces. "Oi, James. Gimme that bag." The larger boy called out to a boy named James. James picked up a bag and threw it over to the larger boy. He spoke quietly to the boy he had in a headlock, "What's in the bag?". The boy didn't reply, "QUINN! WHAT'S IN THE BAG?" yelled the large boy. The boy remained silent and then the large boy in the middle slammed his fist into Quinn's face. The impact of the punch jolted Quinn, and he slumped onto the ground. Quinn's glasses cracked slightly and the centre of them snapped. The boy's friends just stood around them and was mocking Quinn. The boy in the middle started to kick Quinn in the chest and Quinn kept losing his breath.

I started to panic, I couldn't watch someone die. "HEY!" I yelled to the boy who was kicking Quinn, "What has Quinn done?" The large boy looked up, stopped and stared at me. He was shocked in a way, "What do you want, Missy?" He mocked me when he said Missy, but I just ignored that. My hand clenched into a fist and I punched him in the face. The boy fell back onto the ground and Quinn quickly got up to his feet and ran off. "I want you to shut up, and leave Quinn alone." I had my serious face on and the boy quickly got up.

"Oh, really?" He said with a smirk on his face. I glared at him and then with the palm of my hand I slapped him. I looked over to my friends and they had their jaws wide open. Once they saw that I was staring at them they quickly rushed over to me, yanked on my arm and pulled me away.

"Oh my gosh, Saf, What were you thinking?" said Billie. Lizzie butted in before I could answer, "He's the meanest kid in the 6th division." I winced but said, "Well, not anymore." The girls looked at me strangely, "Oh well, Saf, Just be careful. Let's show you the cafeteria." Emily said with a large grin on her face.

Emily started rapidly walking towards a large complex of buildings, there were teenagers everywhere. Emily stopped in front of a sign, "Welcome to Gerewall" it said. Someone spoke from a loud speaker, "Saffron Maleroi, Welcome to Gerewall!" A crowd of the 1st division started cheering and clapping. The person over the loudspeaker boomed, "Please make her feel welcome!" again crowds of people started smiling and cheering for me. I grinned for feeling so welcomed and my friends were smiling too.

I stepped into the complex, and looked at the beauty of it. There were many levels, with shops, training, cafeterias, workshops, gyms, swimming pools, and everything you could dream of. This was so different for a girl that had lived in poverty for a long time. This was a dream come true.

When 'How to train your Dragon 2' was released my mother would listen to the soundtracks over and over again, she would play it all day long. My favourite song of the whole movie was, "Where no one goes" in the credits. The music in my head started playing and that was when I started dancing. My feet started banging on the floor and I was swirling around. I opened my phone that I found on my bed, I went on YouTube, and found "Where no one goes" all I did was press play.

The beat started playing and I tapped my feet along to it. The song echoed around the whole room, some people stared, some people laughed and other people just stopped what they were doing. My friends started laughing too but they soon joined in. A crowd of the 2nd division started dancing along to the beat with me. We were spinning around, swinging arm in arm. And the grins on our faces were huge, wider than the sun.

My eyes darted over to a boy who looked like Quinn, "Hey Quinn!" I yelled out, and the boy looked up at me. His frown turned from a frown into a grin, "Wanna dance?" I smiled. The boy nodded his head and laughed. We started laughing together but we just danced our butts off. As embarrassing as it looked, we actually had lots of fun. Billie and Lizzie were laughing and giggling with Emily and Caitlyn. Some other trainees in the 6th division were laughing with the girls.

"Thanks, for helping me earlier." Quinn whispered. I smiled, "No worries!". "What's your name?" he asked, "My name is Saffron, but I prefer Saf." I said with a smile.

This was the beginning of a great friendship, I just knew it.
