SUMMARY:
Luna Moon never fit in with the other kids, unlike the other girls in her class, she had pale skin, black hair, and a skinny body; she hated herself for it. She just wanted to look like the other girls, and maybe if she did she might feel a twinge of happiness.
Even though she though the worst of herself, in Gilbert Blythe's eyes she was absolutely perfect. Every time he saw her at school he couldn't help but stare, everything about her made his heart skip a beat. It was an understatement to say he had a crush on her. However, Luna couldn't process anyone loving her, she was just so flawed in her eyes.
Still, Gilbert Blythe was on a mission. He wanted to prove to the Moon girl that she could be loved and cared for, no matter what the cost.
