SUMMARY:
Rosie Pickens has always been an optimist. No matter what she'd look on the bright side of things, that was until she gained the ability to manipulate electricity. Ever since then Rosie couldn't see the good in anything. Her powers ruined everything, she couldn't be normal ever again, and she hated it.
When a boy named Peter Parker finds out about her powers he takes her under his wing and trains her to use her powers for good. But she just wants to get rid of them, not use them to fight evil. Still, Peter helped her, even though she didn't want him to. That's when Rosie noticed how much he cared, and what a great person he was. And she couldn't help but catch feelings.
