Day 2: I supect...

(A/N) I'm so sorry it took so long to get this chapter out. I lost my will to do anything once I got home for a long while, but now I'm back.

Everyone at the trial other than Stephen and himself had voted for Hosuh. 'Ok Hosuh... you've prepared for this. Just don't cry or make a fool out of yourself. You'll be fine.' He did not feel fine. He was shaking and anxious.

"Hosuh you moved here recently with that suspicious fella over there... What were you doing last night?" Dan questioned "I was asleep just like everyone else" Hosuh answered honestly "That sounds suspicious, Hosuh." Dan could be rather frightening to Hosuh whenever he wanted to, but that wouldn't get Hosuh today "I have an alibi. Me and Stephen were both asleep on the couch. Ask him, He'll tell you the same." Hosuh stated just as calmly as he had been before. 'Yep totally calm. Not silently panicking at all... Shut up brain.' Hosuh had to quiet his mind.

He looked around the room catching Stephen's glance, he gave a thumbs-up and a wink. "But that guys insane he's been trying to kill people since day one" dan sighed pointing at the purple haired weirdo. "Well how come no one voted for him then?" Hosuh argued back, he was less upset about Stephen not getting attention, but more about the fact that even Dan thought Stephen was suspicious "I'm not really supposed to tell you who voted for who but I can tell you for a fact nobody has ever voted for Stephen" everyone laughed at that fact. "Anyways" Hosuh started "I'm a civilian, I know why the mafia might have killed Jay: Jay's pretty smart. someone whose mafia knows that Jay has to go first, so, the mafia has to be someone close to Jay that Jay talks to alot... so I suspect Pau, or Shai." he pointed at the suspects

Stephen looked at the duo as well "hm..." he had a sort of smirk, like a 'gotcha now' smile. Dan, however smiled creepily, placed his chin on his wrist and offred a simple "Interesting"

"Oh god" Pau looked paler and more fidgety than normal "Preposterous" Shai growled, as stoic as ever, Hosuh would never admit it, but that was the one and only thing he liked about shai. pau, however, was clearly acting strangely. Hosuh glanced at Stephen and he could tell that his purple partner had noticed it too.

In fact, because of her reaction, most of the attention was put on pau. Still nervous she claimed "Man, I haven't talked to Jay in a while. Weird. This is" that was an easy shot. Both of the Mafia were talking to Jay

"That's a lie!" Stephen called her out "you were plainly talking to Jay yesterday. Me and Hosuh saw you!" the court room went quiet "Is that it?" Dan asked. The room was almost silent. "okay, cast your votes" Hosuh stared at the ground as everyone cast their votes and sat back down. "Ok, alright, time to vote. It's getting late. I want to go to sleep. Hosuh, you're not guilty, fine" Hosuh let out a breath he didn't realize he was holding in.
