𝑲𝑨𝒀𝑳𝑬𝑬 is with Kol lounging around in his room. Kaylee's eyes are running over the words of an older leather-bound book, when she hears it. A sudden outbreak of shouts, all of which are directed towards Klaus. The hybrid blinks, looking to the vampire, who merely rolls his eyes. Kaylee places the book down, giving up on the boring attempt to occupy her mind, and furrows her eyebrows.

"Who was that?" Kaylee asked

"Bratty little sister." Kol answered, absent-mindedly

He flips through one of Kaylee's grimoires.

"Ah." Kaylee said

She sighs, gaze shooting to the doorway, listening to the noise the other members of the household make.

"So, you lived here, then?" Kaylee asked

"Yes." Kol said

Kaylee nods, turning to look at the vampire and raising an eyebrow.

"Did you like living here?" Kaylee asked

"For a time." Kol said

He sighs, shoving the grimoire away, before meeting Kaylee's gaze, noting the book in her lap.

"You know, if you wanted to know more about what you're getting into, you could have just asked. Elijah's very biased when it comes to everyone but his hypocritical self." Kol said

Kaylee glances at Elijah's journal, before tossing it over her shoulder. Kol chuckles, smirking as the book landed on the floor with a thud.

"I couldn't get passed page one anyway. Has he always had a dull perspective on things?" Kaylee asked

"Yes." Kol said

"So, what do you suppose we do?" Kaylee asked

Kol shrugs his shoulders, lightly.

"Perhaps..." Kol started

The slam of the front door, causes the two to glance to the open doorway.

"So..." Kaylee started

Kol looks over at the hybrid.

"Are there any good, juicy Mikaelson family secrets to tell?" Kaylee asked

"Hm, well..." Kol started

A low smirk forms on his lips.

"There are many. However, I wouldn't consider them 'good'." Kol said

A mirroring smirk forms on Kaylee's face.

"Lead the way." Kaylee said

Later, Kaylee walks into the basement and sees Caroline and Katherine, and rushes down the stairs to greet them.

"Care! Kat!" Kaylee exclaimed

"Kay!" Caroline said

The three friends hug each other.

"The Unholy Trinity is back together again."  Katherine said

"As it should be." Caroline said

Hayley spies the coffins that Klaus keeps his siblings daggered in.

"You think Klaus killed him." Hayley said

"We can't be killed, silly girl. That doesn't stop Klaus from finding ways to torture us. He has a set of mystical silver daggers. One in the heart sends us into a deep slumber. Klaus gets his jollies from keeping us in a box, until he decides to pull the dagger out. That must be what he's done to Elijah. This one's mine." Rebekah said

"He keeps your coffins on standby." Kaylee said, incredulously

"He likes to be prepared for when his family members inevitably disappoint him. Elijah's isn't here – he must've stashed him elsewhere." Rebekah said

"I feel sick." Hayley said

"Welcome to the family, love. You should've run the second you realized Elijah was gone." Rebekah said

"Yeah, well, the witches have put some sort of hex on me and Kaylee. As long as we're carrying these babies, we can't leave New Orleans. If we do, they kill us." Hayley said

"Well, knowing Klaus, he's planning a box for you the second you give birth to whatever's cooking in your tum. I'm leaving as soon as I find Elijah. Being daggered in a box for decades sucks, trust me. You'd best find a way to break that hex and run." Rebekah said

Rebekah goes off to continue her search, leaving Hayley, Caroline, Katherine, and Kaylee to consider what she's said.

Later that night, Kaylee and Kol stand on the balcony, observing and eavesdropping on Klaus, Hayley, Katherine, Caroline, and Rebekah. Kol turns his gaze to the woman beside him.

"You wouldn't be secretly planning to poison our - the child, by any chance?" Kol asked

Kaylee shoots him a look, frowning at his nervous tone before shaking her head. Causing him to release a breath of relief. The two watch as Klaus storms out of their sight

"We've been spending every second of our waking hours together. Even if I wished to... abort... our, the... child, when would I had the chance to get some poison? Anyway, I doubt there's any demon daggers left in the world." Kaylee said

Kol turns his attention to the hybrid, feeling happy that Kaylee doesn't want to kill their child. He wonders how long it would been until she starts showing. What is their child going to be? A girl? A boy? So many questions run through his mind. He knows he is falling for what they've created hard, and fast. He blinks rapidly, tugging his mind away from those thoughts.

"The last one I know of was the insurance I used." Kaylee thought out loud

Kol's brows furrowed as he turns his attention to his baby momma.

"Insurance for what?" Kol asked

"For if things went downhill, which they did." Kaylee said

Kol smirks.

"Cunning, and a step ahead. I knew there was something I liked about you." Kol said

Kaylee chuckles and smirks.

"Is that all you like about me?" Kaylee teased

"No, there are many things. I look forward to learning more about you, Kaylee." Kol said
