The door closed as Roman and Logan headed into their date, little did they know Virgil and Patton were going on their own little date that night too. Virgil and Patton had been dating for a bit, but they just weren't ready to tell the others yet.

Patton turned to Virgil as he heard the door close. Virgil couldn't help but slightly smile at the sight of Pattons smile. "Want to make those cookies?" Patton asked still smiling moving towards Virgil. "Let's go!" Virgil said grabbing Patton's hand and pulling him to the kitchen.

They entered the kitchen and Virgil's sat on the counter, not wanting to be in Patton's way, and help when Patton wanted him to. Patton started getting the ingredients out, excited that Virgil and him were finally doing something together, just the two of them. They had not gone on a proper date yet because of Logan and Roman being home, but now they could.

Patton finished getting ingredients and tools out of cabinets and drawers. They had decided on chocolate chip cookies, because they both enjoyed chocolate chip the most. Patton turned to Virgil and smiled, "you ready?" He asked Virgil. Patton wanted to do as much as he could with Virgil in the time that they had. Virgil smiled and got off the table, "Most definitely." He went and stood next to Patton ready to bake.

Patton got the large bowl and handed it to Virgil, handing him a whisk as well. Virgil held the whisk in his hand ready to do as Patton instructed. "Okay so I'm going to add the dry ingredients in this bowl, make sure to whisk well, because we don't want baking soda clumps in the cookies." Patton stated looking towards Virgil, waiting for a response. Virgil nodded as Patton spoke, "Okay, got it, I'll try my best." Virgil said getting his hand ready to whisk.

Patton started adding ingredients to the bowl, starting with flour and ending with salt. Virgil was paying close attention to his whisking, as he didn't want clumps in the cookies. But as Virgil was paying attention to whisking, Patton got flour that fell on the counter, on his finger. "Hey Virgil!" Patton smiled trying to get Virgil's attention. Virgil turned his head looking to Patton's smiling face, "yeah?" He asked wondering what Patton was up to. Patton put the flour on Virgil's nose leaving a bit in his nose, "Boop!" Patton giggled. "Oh my gosh." Virgil chuckled knowing Patton had just put flour on his nose, Virgil started blushing as he knew he liked it when Patton was silly and Patton enjoyed being silly.

Patton was still giggling as he saw Virgil start blushing. "Your too cute virge." Patton hugged Virgil. Virgil hugged back, "Well I may be cute, but you're the cutest." Virgil added. Patton blushed as he heard Virgil's words. "Okay you win. Now let's finish these cookies so we can actually eat them before they get back." Patton smiled. Patton whisked the dry mixture one last time then set it aside.

They repeated the steps with the wet ingredients, not making a mess this time. Then the oven beeped indicating it was heated. All the two needed to do was put the cookies on a baking sheet and bake them. So they put the cookies on a baking sheet and put them in the oven. But they left a bit of cookie dough to eat, since it only had one egg in it, and it wasn't much.

As soon as Patton was done putting the cookies in the oven, Virgil pulled Patton to the couch and pulled him close to himself. Patton excepted and cuddled with Virgil, knowing they could now that the cookies were baking. Patton was laying down with his head on Virgil's chest. Patton looked up to Virgil with a small smile, "I love you." Patton blushed. "Aww, I love you too." Virgil smiled, and kissed Patton on the cheek.

Soon the oven beeped again showing the cookies were done. The two walked into the kitchen again, the one in purple sitting on the counter. Patton pulled the cookies out and set them out to let them cool. Patton walked over to Virgil and looked to Virgil. Patton then wrapped Virgil into a hug, and Virgil accepted, melting into the hug.

Soon the cookies were done cooling, so Patton put them on a plate and put the pan in the sink, ready to be washed. The two headed to Patton's room and cuddled up together. They are cookies and watched Disney movies, until they fell asleep in Patton's room together.
