(3rd pov)

It was a quiet evening at the village, even the house where Ms. Winter is resting. Her eyes soon open, although just a little bit with grey lines under them. She soon tries to get, but it prove to painful as her bandages that held her together began turning red a bit. So an old woman comes over and helps Winter lay back down.

Old lady: Careful dear, your still recovering.

Winter: *Grunts* W-where am I?

Old Lady: Your somewhere safe dear, don't worry. Your friend manage to pull you out of the old chapel just in time. I don't know how you got these scars, but any later and we wouldn't be having this conversation.

Winter: ...Thank you.

Old Lady: You should be thanking your friend for that. He was the one who pulled you out in time after all.

Winter: Who are you talking about?

Old Lady: Oh, the young huntsmen who's killing any Grimm that come by. My apologize, I thought you two were friends.

Winter: I'm afraid that's not the case, I'm an ace operative.

Old Lady: Hmm, well wouldn't be the first time I was wrong.

She said as she walked over to a stove and gotten a bowl and poured hot soup from a pot.

Old Lady: It's just I don't imagine a lot of people who risk their lives like that, especially a huntsmen.

She said as Winter began looking at her surroundings, noticing some pictures of a woman and a man. With the old woman looking similar to the woman in the picture.

Winter: I take it you have some history with huntsmen.

Old lady:...

Winter: Sorry, I didn't mean to-.

Old Lady: Just be glad that young man decided to help this village, then leaving it to suffer.

She said as she handed Winter the bowl of hot soup.

Winter: What is this place?

Old Lady: Just an old mining town that makes enough to get by. That young man was at least kind enough to help us rebuild and improve things around here.

Winter: Did you by any chance get his name?

Old Lady: I'm not sure, but I believe his name is L/n.

(F/n pov)

And there, that's the last of this pack. Now I just need to draw in any remaining Grimm, Some Evanescense: Bring me to life should do the trick. Good thing my scroll still works. I soon pulled it out and tap the play button on my crack screen. Once it began playing, I went up the nearest tree and waited for my pray. A few of Beowulfs began approaching the devise to see what it was, but these seem different then the others. Their fur in seemed more green, so did their eyes. But they should die like any other beast.

Scroll: Wake me up!

I soon jumped from the tree and implanted my blade into the first Beowulf that close. Soon one of them lend out it's arm as the another grabbed it. The Beowulf soon spun around then launched it at me, I was able to avoid it but just barely. these Grimm they seem smarter the others, I need to eliminate them quick.

F/n: Guess it's time to use the weapon mode.

I said as I rotated my sheath and placed on my handle, once I heard a click I soon plunge my blade into one of the beast chest. The beast soon tried to claw my face, but the new extra length of my weapon made it's attacks out of reach. I then twist my weapon to make the beast dissolve from existence. The final  beast soon howled a cry far louder then any other I heard, but a beast is still beast and shall die like any other.
