Chapter 14

Rashid POV

It's hard looking for something with no lead at all. I can't drop this shit though. Man I'm fuckin stressed. I need to bust a nut or something. I don't fuck with Shalandria like that nomo. Heard the hoe caught something. Keepin all diseases from me. I scrolled through my phone to see what hoe is worth the drive. I came to Toya name and then Trina. 

"Hello?" she sounded like she just woke up. It was only like twelve.

"Sorry to wake you ma, can you meet me somewhere?"

"Seriously Rashid? It's after twelve."

"I can tell time. I just need to see you for a minute."

"Fine. If you got me out my bed for some bull shit. We're going to fight."

"Yeah yeah, you ain't bout that life."

"Anyways, we'll just meet at that park from down my place."

Yeah I could've just gone and seen Trina for a quickie. Right now, I ain't in the mood for that. I wanna see Toya. I don't know why, I just have to see her. I was the first one there at the park. I got out and sat on my hood to wait for her.

"Aye man, I hear y'all been lookin for me." I looked up and seen this nigga Kenny had the balls to walk up to me grinning and shit.

"So yo pussy ass decided to come out of hiding." I got up, ready to fuck his stupid ass up. I felt something hit me in the back of my head. "Shit!" Next thing I know, I'm being jumped by like six niggas. I tried getting my hits in but next thing you know I feel this sharp ass pain in my stomach.

"Let's go," them niggas kicked me one good time before running off.

Toya POV

I'm going to choke the life out of Rashid if he got me out of my bed for some bull shit. I just worked a twelve hour shift I just want to sleep. I pulled up next to his car. I didn't see him in it so I decided to call him. This nigga bet not pop up out of no woods before I stab his ass. I looked on the ground and see something flashing.

"Rashid?" it was his phone. The shit's cracked too. Something ain't right. "Rashid!" I heard groaning like five feet from me.  I looked around a bit and seen Rashid on the ground bleeding really bad. "Oh god, Rashid! Are you okay?" I put his head in my lap and called the police. "Someone's been stabbed I need and ambulance right now. Highway 17 Ridgeway park." I hung up not caring to hear what they got to say. "You're going to be okay Rashid. Who did this to you?"

"Kenny." I cried because this is all my fault. I didn't think the nigga would be this damn salty about the party thing. "Don't cry ma. You're too pretty for that."

"I'm so sorry. I got you into this mess." It felt like forever before cops and the ambulance came. People started going to work on him and pretty soon he was being rushed to the hospital. The cops tried getting my statement but I didn't want to hear it or them. I sped my ass all the way to MUSC. "Britt?" Damn I can't control my emtions right now.

"Toya? What's wrong?"

"Rashid was jumped and he's on his way to the hospital. He been bleeding so much I don't know if he made it."

"Oh god. Okay we're on our way." I silently said a prayer that he's okay. 

Xavier POV

Too much shit is going on. I'm in the biggest debt of my life and now my best friend in the fuckin hospital. I can't fuckin deal with all this shit. I called the whole gang and now we're all here trying to figure some shit out.
