Mia's pov

It was just the first week of school. I was waiting for Lauren, Alex, Zoe and Vallery while watching our new schoolmates. I can't ever stand half of them. Another school year has started and I'm already tired of this situation.

I saw Alex walking at the back of the hall and I approached her.
"Omg I've been waiting for you so long!" I said.

"Sorry for leaving you alone here" she said laughing.

"Yeah whatever. Where are the others?" I asked her.

"Um... I don't think I've- Oh look they're over there!" Alex told me pointing to the girls.

"Finally. I was waiting for like an hour over here. Where have you been?"

"'Sup my babes!" Vallery excitedly hugged me from my shoulders.

"Always on time, Vallery." I said sarcastically, rolling my eyes.

But.. let me introduce you to my friends. Firstly, Alex. She is constantly in a state of stress and she doesn't smile much. However, Alex has always been a top student, the result of her parents always pressuring her to be the best at everything. Her parents are pressuring and want her to be the best at literally everything. Maybe that's why she is not that happy... Alex is really good and I think she's having fun with us. She has a girlfriend, Alice. I dont like her much but I can't get between them.I personally don't trust her. I think Alice just wants Alex for herself, but Alex understands that, doesn't she? Anyway, Alex seems genually happy when they're together and I wouldn't want to keep her from that, knowing just how much stress she's going through.

The next one is Vallery. She is the sweetest and kindest person I've ever met. She has a deep passion for art and takes part in the art contest at school every year. I mean... okay she is talented. She literally loves colors and has a good sense of style. The best part is that I can borrow her clothes even if they're not my taste. Its really hard to miss her 'cause of her radiant blue hair. She has a boyfriend. Most specifically she's in a relationship with Ace, a.k.a the school's badboy. I really don't know how these two are a couple.. they are so different from one another. Honestly I can't understand why my friends are so bad at choosing their partners.

Also there is Zoe. She is the funny one. She has a great sence of humor and she's generally really fun to be around. Every time someone is sad she always manages to put a smile on their face. She is the type of friend every group needs. I don't even know what we would do without her. She also gets great grades at school without even trying that hard. Sometimes she can be a bit too loud for my liking, but that's Zoe and I wouldn't change her for the world. I honestly think she is the reason why we are having such a good time all together.

The last one is Lauren. She could be the main character of a Netflix series or something. She is tall ,has blond hair, blue eyes and literaly looks like a model. The bad thing is that she knows really well just how pretty she is and constantly brags about it. She also has a boyfriend named Andre. They recently got together, but already seem like the perfect match: little miss perfect and prince charming. Additionally, her family is rich. Her mother was a model and was crowned Miss America for like two times in a row. Her father owns one of the biggest companies of America and holds a big reputation because of it. However, her parents seem like they only care about her looks. Except for her cocky attitude she is kind with everyone and can be a total sweetheart, if she chooses to.

And there is me. I don't think I can actually describe my personality like I did with the others, for I wouldn't be exactly objective. Obviously. Anyways, I love my friends and I have shared some of my most important memories with them.

Nothing is going to tear us apart. Right?
