TIME SKIP
i was nervous walking into the skating rink. not because of all the new people i was going meet there, but because of one person. josh. i opened the door to see everyone sitting at a table, talking and laughing. me and lani walked over to them. "hey everyone" i smiled and waved. "cianna!" frankie yelled and hugged me. "hi frankie" i laughed. i locked eyes with josh as frankie and i pulled away. he got up and started walking towards me. i felt my heart beating faster with every step closer he got. "hey cianna" josh smiled. "hi josh" i blushed and looked down. he laughed and pulled me into a hug. he smelled like...vanilla and oranges. we pulled away after a while and just stared into each other's eyes. "so is everyone ready to go skating?" olivia asked, breaking us out of our trance. "uh y-yea" josh answered. i stole one last glance at josh and walked towards where we get our skates
