Chapter One-Kira appears

You were watching the T.V. in your hotel room. It was talking about some guy at a day care centre who was holding a building full of teachers and children as hostages. What is wrong with these people? Whatever happened to live and let live? You're sick of watching so you get up and walk over to the window, trying to block out this crazy world with the beautiful scenery. 

Suddenly, you hear an urgent announcement. The hostages, they are okay. All at once the carers and children are coming out of the centre. You lean in closer to catch the announcement from the news reporter,

"We've just received some new information. It looks like the captor has had a heart attack."

A heart attack? What were the chances? The hostages are all safe, all unharmed, and he just had a heart attack. The world really is crazy. You've had enough of this place for now so you go to bed.

Over the past few days criminals have been dying of heart attacks. Every time they were reported on the news and then gone as if they never existed. It's as if someone out there is_no that's impossible, isn't it? No human has that power, do they?

You go to research the deaths on the computer and find a bunch of crazy websites about some "Kira" person that keeps killing the evil of the world with heart attacks. Seriously? Could it really be true? Kira, are you real?

People have begun posting names and photographs of criminals, suspects and even just people that may have done wrong to them on the websites for kira to kill. These people would surely never do this without being anonymous, but online, nobody knows who they are and they can do what they want without being judged. But, how could anybody do this? Whether it's directly or indirectly, this is still killing people, it's still murder.

You go to see if anything has happened on the news. The police have finally begun to realize that this can't just be a coincidence and have started an investigation. Maybe they were trying to keep it hidden, but that would be hard to do since kira's heart attacks have become such "big news" recently, everything is being reported one way or another.

It's hopeless though, isn't it? How can you trace a murderer that kills with heart attacks? It's not as if they can look for any fingerprints and they certainly can't set up CCTV cameras. Surely you would need a super genius to solve this...

So my first chapter... Sorry it's so short, but it's hard to write a long chapter with just one character, but there will be some other characters appearing soon. I will welcome any advice so please vote and comment. Thanks! :)
