Chapter 11

"Don't pull my hair again..", Jungkook whispered back into Taehyung's ears.

Taehyung turned around to Jungkook and stared at him for a second,

"Then don't make me", he grinned.

On the walk back to the studio, Hoseok and Jimin shared a pair of earphones, listening to their dance track. 

"What do you think their reactions will be?", Jimin said, looking at the ground.

"Don't worry about it.. We've been together for this long, they'll understand.", Hoseok replied, trying to cheer Jimin back up.

Hoseok patted Jimin's shoulder and smiled, making Jimin smile right back.

"What are we going to wear?", Jimin stopped and gasped.

"I can talk to Tae about that. He knows how to dress up perfectly.", Hoseok smirked.

Jimin and Hoseok both nodded as they approached the studio doors.

"Practice time..", Jimin said, walking inside.

Back at the apartments..

Namjoon was sitting on the couch waiting for Jin,

"I think we should watch-"

He was interrupted by the door opening, revealing that Taehyung and Jungkook were home.

"What are you guy's doing?", Jungkook said, sitting a drink on the counter.

Taehyung and Jungkook sat on the couch by Namjoon.

"We're gonna watch a movie, and Jin's making popcorn for us.", Yoongi replied.

"Hoseok and Jimin are going to stay out practicing, so they won't be back until later... like, late, late, later..", Namjoon added.

Jin walked in the room with the popcorn,

"Since they'll be home late, after the movie, I'll make us a massive supper.", Jin winked.

"Okay, so what are we gonna watch?", Taehyung asked, scooting Jungkook closer to him.

Jungkook turned around to Taehyung and smiled.

"We're watching Avenger's Endgame.. That's the only movie that Hoseok and Jimin saw that we didn't.", Jin said, snatching the remote.

 After practicing for another hour, they perfected the choreography for the first half of the song. They only had two months until the competition, so they gave it all they had.

"Remember our solo stage awhile back?", Hoseok asked, grabbing two water bottles out of the mini fridge.

"Yeah. How could I forget? We practiced for ages. It payed off to. We were perfectly synced up!", Jimin said, smile gleaming back at Hoseok.

"I was so nervous for that, ya know. I thought I'd mess up and be made fun of for it. For this one, I'm nervous, but not like I was that time. This situation should probably be more stressful, but it's not..", Hoseok added, handing Jimin a water bottle.

Hoseok sat by Jimin on the floor.

"You wanna dance to that real quick before we get back to practicing? I still remember the choreography.",  Jimin shouted, standing up to stretch.

"Yeah! Why not?", Hoseok said, changing the music.

They danced for the rest of the afternoon, perfecting every little move. It may have been tiring, but they both had fun being together. When they were together, they could do anything.

"You almost done with the dinner, Jin?", Yoongi asked, sitting down on a stool.

"Yeah. Are they almost here?", Jin asked, turning around to everyone else.

"They're getting close, I just got a text from Hoseok, they'll be here in five minutes.", Namjoon replied, jumping up to help Jin clean up.

"Tae, JK, I need you guys to move all the stuff off the table and set it, please.", Jin yelled from the kitchen.

Taehyung and Jungkook grabbed the food-ware and started to clean the table off.

"Should we use these dark red napkins or these black ones? Your better with style, so I'm asking you, but I like the red ones better.", Jungkook asked, holding up a scarlet colored napkin and a black napkin.

"The red one. I like it, so we'll use it.", Taehyung laughed.

As Namjoon said, Hoseok and Jimin walked through the door in five minutes.

"Is that... kimchi fried rice?", Hoseok grinned, sniffing the air.

Hoseok and Jimin ran over immediately to see what Jin was cooking.

"YES! YES! I'm so hungry!", Jimin shouted, pumping his fists up and down.

"Everyone... Go sit down and I'll make your plates.", Jin replied, smiling.

Everyone, besides Jin, went and sat down at their round table.

"Hey Tae, do you think you could put together our performance outfit?", Hoseok asked, looking at Taehyung from across the table.

"Yeah, sure. What's the theme this year?", Taehyung asked in return.

Jimin choked on his drink.

"The theme is love.", Hoseok answered.

"Interesting.. Are you two going to portray a fighting type of love or more of a friendship type?", Taehyung asked.

"We're going to keep that a surprise..., but I like the red of these napkins.", Jimin added.

"That's something I can work with. Hey Kookie, wanna go shopping tomorrow?", Taehyung smiled.

Jungkook nodded and smiled.

Jin came over, brought their bowls, and sat down besides Namjoon,

"Eat it all or I'll kill you."
