Chapter 22

"Let's go sleep now..", Jimin yawned, dragging Hoseok to his bed.

"As you wish.", Hoseok responded, clinging onto Jimin as if he was going to disappear.

Like every other night, the two fell asleep holding onto each other.

Usually, Jimin's the first one up because he likes to go practice early, but for some reason, he slept in. Hoseok saw this as an opportunity to go get him some coffee, and surprise him.

Hoseok had just left when Jimin woke up.

Jimin turned to his side to find Hoseok, but felt a sharp pain in his back.

"JIIIIIN! I CAN'T MOVE!", Jimin yelled, hoping to get someone's attention.

Jin and Taehyung , who were the only ones awake, ran from the kitchen into Hoseok and Jimin's room.

"Shit, you okay?", Jin asked, bursting in with Taehyung behind him.

"My back hurts.. really bad.. I can barely move.", Jimin responded, holding onto his back.

"Tae, I'm gonna need you to wake Joon and Kook up..", Jin said, sitting Jimin up.

"Got it!", Taehyung responded, running out of the room.

"What happened to you? You were fine last night.", Jin asked, looking confused.

"I think I might've fallen, maybe? I just feel really sore..", Jimin lied, hoping the older wouldn't notice.

"Let's get you to the hospital..", Jin said, scratching his head.

With that, Jin got Jimin dressed, then the six members bunched into a car and headed to the local hospital.

"Park Jimin? The doctor will be seeing you now.", a nurse said, opening a door, giving the six a signal to walk through.

The six went into the room and Jimin sat up on the chair, awaiting the doctor.

"So where does it hurt?", the nurse asked, holding a clipboard and pen.

"My back.. Right here.", Jimin responded, pointing at his lower back.

"Uh-Huh... Yep.. I'll be right back.", The nurse said, writing stuff down, then exiting the room.

"Guys! I'm back! I brought everyone coffee!", Hoseok yelled, walking through the front door.

He looked around the room,

"Guys?"

Hoseok walked down the hallway and saw that everyone's doors were open. As he started to inspect the rooms, he noticed there was no one was home, and it was a mess, like they had rushed out. 

Then he go to his room door,

"Jimin, please tell me you're in there..", Hoseok said before walking in their room.

He opened the door and his heart sank,

"Jimin, where are you guys?", Hoseok shouted, pulling his phone out to call him.

Hoseok called Jimin's phone, but it was left next to the bed.

"Damnit.."

 "Damnit! Jin, you better pick up!", Hoseok shouted at his phone.

"Jin?"

"Hey Hoseok.."

"Jimin? Is he okay? I mean.. Are you guys okay?"

"We're perfectly fine... but Jimin might not be.."

"Wh- Where are you guys? I need to be there. What happened?"

"Chill, Hoseok. Jimin woke up barely able to move his back. He probably just fell.."

"Where is he?"

"We're at the hospital.."

"Tell him I'm on the way."

Hoseok left the coffee on the counter, and sprinted down the sidewalk.

Jimin looked at the ground, not sadly, but not happily either,

"Was that.. Hoseok?"

"Yeah, He'll be here in a few.", Jin responded.

They heard a knock on the door, and opened it expecting to be Hoseok, but it was just the nurse,

"Sir... I think I know why your lower back feels the way it does. It seems as tho-"

"Can you guys leave for a minute..", Jimin interrupted.

The five exited the room, like Jimin had asked, and went to wait in the waiting room.

"Listen Ma'am, I know why it feels like this, I just couldn't let them know....", Jimin continued.

The nurse looked at Jimin and smiled,

"Try and be a little bit more careful next time. It'll be a couple of days before you start feeling better."

Jimin already felt a little bit better, but not much. He was at the point where he could walk. The nurse opened the door and dismissed Jimin.

As Jimin walked out of the room, he saw Hoseok standing in the hallway waiting for him.

"I'm so sorry..", Hoseok murmured, running towards Jimin.

Jimin looked up at Hoseok and giggled.

"Don't be.. It was worth it.."

Hoseok and Jimin kissed, both of them forgetting they were in a doctor's office. Luckily, the members didn't see them since they were waiting in the waiting room.

"Damnit, Jimin."

"Shit, Hoseok."
