alejandro has had this song on repeat since yesterday. he has been feeling like shit since he witnessed the promposal, and it made him listen to sad music.
minutes passed and natalia hasn't replied. he didn't even know if she listened to the song. he was going to double text when her contact name popped up on his phone. his heart rate began increasing and he hesitated on answering.
he answered the phone to see her looking at him.
"what does it mean?" she asked, almost immediately. alejandro stared at the girl in front of him and shrugged his shoulders.
"it means something if you sent it, and i have an idea but i don't want to be too sure." natalia sighed, bringing her finger tips to her lips.
"don't bite your nails." alejandro scolded her.
"sorry." she mumbled. the two stared at each other, alejandro trying to find the words of what the song meant to him.
"so?" she asked.
"i just want things to go back to normal, i miss my best friend, nati." he choked out. alejandro swallowed the lump in his throat, placing his hand on the back of his neck. this was something he would do when he was extremely nervous.
