It was a hot Saturday night and the guys were over you and Cal's house for the weekend. "It's sooo fucking boring babe", you say to Cal as you throw your now dead phone on the table. Calum looks at you with a 'what am I supposed to do' look. You stare at him. "What are you looking at", he says tilting his head. You opened your mouth to insult him but you stopped. "I wanna prank the guys", you say in a plain voice. He shrugs. "I'm down for whatever." You smile and shimmey a bit causing Calum to laugh and shake his head at you. You crawl across the floor and sit on Calum's knees. "Okay, what are we gonna do?", he asks wrapping his arms around you. "I guess we can.... PRETEND ONE OF US DIED!", you exclaimed more excited then you should have been. Calum lifts his eyebrows and purses his lips. His thinking face. He makes a ticking sound with his tongue until he finally comes to a conclusion. "I call playing dead!", he says entertained. You jump up out of his arms and and spin. "Okay, go hide. Actually, hurry up and leave before they wake up. Take your car and I'll say you got in an accident", you whisper. He nods. "I hope they don't get too upset", he says kissing you as he puts on his shoes and grabs the keys. "Isn't that the point?", you asked with an evil grin. He shakes his head, walks out the door, and leaves. You blow air out of your mouth and make your eyes water. You smeared mascara on your face to really make this real. "Okay Y/N. Let's do this.", you whisper to yourself excitdly. You slap yourself softly to get your face a little red. You make your way upstairs slowly. You creep into the guest room where Luke and Mikey slept. You sniffle. "G-guys", you weep out. Mikey is a light sleeper so he opens one eye. "Hey y/n", he grunts while sitting up rubbing his eyes. His face changes coming into realization that you're crying. "What happened? Why are you crying?", he asked. Luke begins to wake up. "Y/n? What happened?", he says in his morning voice. You sniffle and tears began really pouring down. Only because the thought of losing Calum hit you. "It's C-Calum.", you start. You shake your head. He's gone", you say and break down to the floor. Mikey and Luke sat there in silence. Luke stares at you and tears fill his eyes. "W-w-w-w", he stutters. Mikey gets up and punches the walls. You jump but stayed on the floor. You hear footsteps jogging towards the room. Ashton. He walks in and sees you and Luke sobbing horrifically and Mikey pacing back and forth. "Guys?", he whispers. He walks over to you. "It's Calum....". You didn't need to say anymore because Ashton had already ran into the restroom and begin to softly weep.
Your phone begins to vibrate. Its Calum texting.
C- "Uhh. I'm outside . How'd they take it.?"
You held your phone so the boys couldn't see and begin texting.
Y-"Not well. Get your ass in here and see what you've caused."
C-"Lol. Okay babe. they r gonna b pissed."
Y-"Hurry tf up. Its getting sad."
You hear the front door open about 2 minutes later. Footsteps gallop heavily up the steps and towards the guest room. "Guys", Calum calls out obviously holding a laugh. Mikey's head shoots towards the door. Luke glances at you. "Guys, open the door!", Calum says entertained. Mikey runs to the door and with no words embraces Calum into the most massive hug you've ever seen. "W- Uh. Well nice to see you too Mikey.", Calum says gasply. Luke jumps up and holds Calum closer than before. He lays his face in the crook of his neck. Still, they're speechless. "Ash!?", Calum calls.
"Oh no. Now I hear his fucking voice", Ash yells. You get up and pat the guys shoulders. "Gotcha", you whispered kissing Mikey and Luke's foreheads. You walk to the restroom and open the door. "Ash, come out.",you say as he stands up from the tub. "B-Bu—-". You interrupted. "But nothing. Come on.", you say.
He walks out and literally tackles Calum down to the floor. Next thing you know, there was a pile up in the middle of the hall. You walk over and shake your head. "You're next!", Ash yells. "Yeah!! Don't you ever do that again!", Luke adds on.
"Watch me", you say as the 3 giants get up and chase you until they're now piled on you. Let's just say you and Calum had a major battle for the rest of the day.
