The sky cried on this gloomy day
With a blue shade and a hint of gray
The flower was nurished with the tears
That the sky produced as it sang it's fearsThe flower starts to wilt and wallow
As you hear the trees sound hallow
The house, standing straight and tall,
Seems not to worry at allThe house asks the flower
Why she does not tower
Like the buildings that surround them.
The house just can't fathomBOOM! The great thunder king strikes
It filled the flower with fear, no delight
The house laughed, for he found this funny
She reminded him of a scared little bunnyWhy do you laugh? The flower asks
Because I have no task?
What is the point of me living,
If I've had nothing since the beginning? The house shocked
Has now had a knock
A knock on his wooden door
As the rain continues to pourThe rain comes down harder
As the flowers pain grows larger
Her petals start to wilt
And her stem starts to tiltThe rain does not stop
It's goes down on the houses rooftop
As the flower continues to die.
If only there was more time
