Just Another Day

Hi! i just wanted to start off by saying this is my first fan fic that i've ever wrote. i kinda did it impulsively and out of boredom. i don't really no where this is going so yeh i hope you enjoy reading it, and i hope my writing skills ain't to crappy<3

Louis POV

My eyes slowly opened, as a smell of sunshine and aftershave lingered in my nose. I sat up in the bed and smiled. I glanced over at the four other boys sleeping so peacefully.

I was so lucky to share this journey with them. I was so fortunate to have such talented people as my new bandmates. Even though X-Factor had only ended a couple of weeks ago we were all so close. We could all talk together, we could all laugh together, and most importantly we could all sing together.

I can't imagine how different my life would be if I hadn't gone on the X-Factor, I wasn't even going to, but my Mam and Lottie urged me too. And here I am now. Its weird to think just over a year ago I was just an ordinary schoolboy doing ordinary things, and now? I'm part of one of the biggest boybands in the world, One direction.

I let out a sigh. My dream had come true. I was so lucky. Was that all it was? Luck? Was I even talented? Did I really deserve to be here? Or did Simon just put me in the group because it was handy, and they needed another boy. Come to think of it I never get many solos. My thoughts filled my brain and after awhile they gradually stopped as I slowly drifted back to sleep.

I sat down at the table. The thoughts from this morning were still stuck in mind. They wouldn't go away no matter how hard I tried. I sat there contemplating... until I was interrupted by Liam.

"Hey Lou, how did you sleep last night?" he asked as he put a cup of tea in front me.

"Thanks" I said. "I slept pretty good I guess, how about you?"

"Yeh, slept alright, still getting used moving hotels every week, I mean its not the same when you're in a different bed, ya know"

"Yeh Me too I-"

"What's up Lads" Niall interrupted cheerfully.

"Not much mate" replied Liam taking a sip of tea"

"Shall we go wake Harry and Zayn up?" said Niall with a grin.

"I Don't know, Zayn needs his beauty sleep" Liam said with a smirk on his face, "I mean have you seen the dark circles under his eyes lately?"

"You and I Both know that's from the pot" I chuckled.

"What are we waiting for lads?" asked Niall as he lead us to their room.
