1 - The NEW New York

"I think I hit my head one too many times."

"What makes you say that, Percy?"

"I don't know, despite the fact that this is New York?"

"Obviously."

"Then when did I become famous?!"

Percy, Jason, Annabeth, Piper, Leo, Nico, Hazel, and Frank all looked up at the giant billboard above them. On it was a middle-aged looking man holding a book. The headlines read, "READ PERCY JACKSON AND THE OLYMPIANS AND HEROS OF OLYMPUS AT A STORE NEAR YOU!"

"That is one long title." Jason pointed out.

"... guys... why are people staring at us?" Hazel stayed in a hushed tone.

The eight looked around them. People were whispering and taking pictures. Saying, "who are they" and "cosplayers maybe." Hazel hid behind Frank while Nico was reaching for his sword, as if daring anyone to step in and fight. Piper and Jason were trying to calm them down. But Percy and Annabeth just shrugged their shoulders as if this was nothing. Who knows what those two have been through to have that much courage.

"Hey!" A excited voice shouted to the left. "You guys going to the convention too?"

All of them flinched and turned to see a girl with a white shirt and very small blue skirt. Her hair looked to bright blonde to be real. She wore knee-length red boots and had very bright, almost electric, blue eyes.

"Umm... YES! Yes, we are but we don't know where it is! Could you we help us?!" Percy requested. The other seven turned to glare at him. He didn't take his eyes off the girl and just whispered, "We have to find answers." Wow, this is the first time Percy took action without hesitation. Ok wait, never mind.

Almost immediately, pleading looks were transferred to everyone.

"Well, I wasn't planning on taking eight people to the Con." The girl thought aloud while looking up at the sky. "BUT you guys won't find any good taxis around here. I mean this is New York. So hop in my limo."

"LIMO?!" The eight gaped with their jaw hanging. Just then a long black limo pulled up to the sidewalk where they were standing.

"Well, yeah. Best way to get somewhere is going the fastest possible. Now are you all going to keep drooling on the side walk with a bunch of people already staring at you or are you going to get in the dam car?"

It's is honestly fine if you are not interested. Just walk away without any hate comments plz.
