"ah, so you remember" he leans back in his chair.

i couldn't run or scream, or feel.
i couldn't risk all these innocent people's lives. their small, ordinary lives. they had no idea what was happening then. and what will happen after that.

"what do you want" i gritted my teeth, wanting to rip this mans face and feed it to pigeons.

"oh for now the only thing i need is you" he smiles which makes my stomach turn.

we ate in silence. this could be my last meal.

"we are now going to head to that blue car" he motioned towards a dark blue audi. "and you're going to act normal, laugh and sit" he looks at me for confirmation. i nod.

he left some money on the table and i slowly got up, following his rules.
