If someone where to listen closely to the noise in the room, or lack of, they would be able to hear both y/n and Matthew's rapid heart beat.
Somehow Matthew's heart beat speed up to the point a normal human would probably be having a heart attack he knew well enough what those eyes ment from all your story's. What he was afraid of the most was that you where just staring at him.
"If I'm correct you should know who I am" that voice wasn't that of his fiancée it was more of a....echo. "I very well do but I also know that you can not harm the body of which you've stolen".
Yes, Matthew was scared of losing his fiancée to havoc, yes he was scared of what havoc could do to him but he's unfortunately learned from experience that he really couldn't die in any way a human could.
If havoc where to take him down she would need to take down the worlds second biggest country and most likely the rest of the world too. He wasn't alone anymore, he's earned stronger ties and friendships with the others, hell Russia is basically his best friend.
"I see the fear in your eyes, I'm not going to hurt you. I want to hurt the ones who have hurt you, maybe have a bit of fun with this body too" Havoc wasn't stupid she knew who and what she had just declared going against. She couldn't believe the fear in Matthew's eyes where delivered towards her, she's Y/N's dark side, her darker wishes and desires, not a monster!
"Please put the cup and medication down I'm not taking them and they aren't needed anymore" ok so maybe one of y/n's desires being that of to harm them with as much pain that they put Matthew threw was kind of one that a monster would do but what did you expect? Y/N loved him, he was the first to except you guys.
Matthew, not wanting to start anything just yet with her, put the cup and pill down on the counter next to him. Making sure the pill was close enough to him to be able to grab he turned back to havoc. "What do you want, Please just give me back the fiancée I know"
Matthew was now really trying, he had no idea if she would attack at any moment. "Let's make a deal, ok?" Oh. He did not expect to be making deals today. "What is this deal exactly, I want all details don't leave a thing out." Matthew's seen movies and cartoons, he know what to ask and to be specific. No loopholes.
"Oh. I knew you were smart. You want to know terms and conditions eh?" The smile havoc was giving him was a big red flag but he had no where to go. "Yes I do now can you tell me please." Again with that smile!
"Ok, this is how it's gonna go. I love you just as much as Y/N so your in no case of this getting harmed. We're gonna cuddle a bit, I need love too, then your going to drive me and you to the meeting. It's around 1 am right now so technically it's today but we only have to be there at 12pm so it's fine plus its in Canada. When we get there there's someone I'm going to introduce to your little friends. After that where just going to have a good and peaceful time at the meeting!"
'Peaceful? World meeting? Yeah right.' Even though Matthew didn't believe that and evan though havoc said that a bit too cheerful, it wasn't actually that bad of a deal.
"Introduce someone?"
"My surprise, you never said to specify surprises and I'm not actually hiding anything"
".....fine"
"So? Deal?"
'Ok so this is some shady bill cipher stuff but You know what? screw it!' Matthew figured there wasn't much to lose.

Btw this is what havoc looks like when she toke control in the first chapter and she still looks like this. (You choose the clothes and the white hair means replace it with your hair colour)

Btw I noticed myself that I haven't written Canada saying eh a lot. That is because we only use eh as a sort of confirmation. (kind of like saying 'right?' At the end of a sentence) example ' that's a nice shirt colour eh?'. It isn't a speech tick trust me. I'm a canadien and I've caught myself and others I'm around use it like that.
