Kyler.
Oh my god. Kyler is in a party which is conducted by my best friend.
That doesn't make sense at all. I get up and go to Kyler.
"Um.... hi kyle.." I stutter.
"Oh Beth, what are you doing here? You don't seem like the party girl." Kyle replies.
"And you don't seem like the party boy." I giggle.
"Do you want to drink?" Kyler asks.
"No, I don't drink. But I was hoping maybe we could escape from here?" I say
"Are you sure? Jaiden is going to kill me if he finds out I left his party." Kyle says.
"Who's Jaiden?" I ask.
"He's my friend. His sister is in our grade I guess. Her name is Trisha." Kyle tells me.
"You know Trisha? How?" I ask.
"I'm friends with Jaiden so obviously I'll know who Trish is. And let me guess, she's your best friend?" Kyler asks with not so much interest.
"She is. Well, she won't mind if I escape her party. So am going to McDonald's and you can join me if you want." I say.
"I won't miss the offer. Your treat okay?" Kyle says playfully.
"Yeah sure. I'll but you water." I laugh.
We go to McDonald's and I end up ordering cheese burger and fries and he orders milkshake. Who drinks milkshake at McDonald's?
He ends up paying for the food.
"We can go to the mall If you want." Kyler offers.
"Are you sure? I thought you are tired already." I say.
"It's okay. Let's go then." Kyle says.
We go the nearby mall and we just walk, we don't buy anything.
"Hey Beth, can you give me your hand?" Kyle says.
We were sitting in Kyle's car now.
"Umm okay?" I give him my hand and am confused at the same time.
"Here. It's a friendship bracelet. We both have the same now. What do you think? You like it?" Kyle says and I see his cheeks have turned pink by now. Cute.
Oh my god. Kyler just brought us friendship bracelets. And it's Soo cute! I almost hugged him. But then I thought it will be awkward so I just thanked him.
We go home after that. Today was honestly the best day with Kyler. Atleast we are friends now. We can work on our project without killing each other now.
As I was getting out of the car Kyler calls me.
"Beth, want to discuss about that project tomorrow? You can come to my house. I have few books which can be helpful to discuss about fossils."
"Ok sure. Send me your address later?" I say.
"Yeah... I'll be going now. Bye bethy." Kyle goes away.
Oh my god he just called me "Bethy"! Aw!
I go to my room, change my clothes, and go to my painting room.
I paint random figures and I don't know how, but I fell asleep on the floor of my painting room.
