I'll never forget the night we left new york city. April mental said to herself as she wrote in her journal. The krang defeated us, Leo got badly hurt, Master Splinter is gone. We lost. We had no where left to go so we came to the old farm house I grew up in, miles away from the city. We first tended Leonardo, Raph doesn't leave his brothers side.

View changed to Mikey humming old MacDonald as he walked up to the chickens with the seeds. He then started handing it out to the chickens.

Michelangelo goofs off a lot but did most of the chores.

He stopped humming as he dumped the bag upside down. The chickens look at him.

"Back of chickens, that's all I got!" Mikey said, they crept closer as he slowly backed away. "Easy, easy!." He said, but then they started pecking him as he ran past Jackie who was grabbing some apples from a near by tree.

We found Jackie around six months after we came, she's just like Raph. She doesn't want to leave Leo alone for to long but will leave if she knows Raph will stay there with Leo. She's also been telling us all about the elemental, at least that's what Michelangelo calls them.

Jackie walks into the barn and sighs at the clutter.

Donatello built a lab in the barn, trying to create a mutagenic medicine to heal Leo.

"Here you guys go." Jackie sai as she tossed Casey an apple and handed one to Donnie who held a bottle of mutagen and a spoon with red liquid on it.

"One last drop and I think I've done it." Donnie said as two drops went into the vile, causing some of it to explode in his face. Casey laughed as Donnie just glared at the wall of tools infront of him. Jackie stared at the apple that was now rotting.

"I'll just take this." She said and replaced it with a new one. Casey slid under a rusty old car.

"This baby is gonna need a lot of work." Casey said as he moved somethings around, but then it came lose and fell on him. Donnie laughed at Casey as Jackie just snickered. Scene then Changed to April writing in her journal on the swing.

And then there's me, April O'Neil. I spend most of my time training with the turtles and sometimes Jackie and writing in my ever expanding journal. I miss New york, my sensi, my dad. Hopefully Leo will recover and we can go home soon, if there's even a home to go back to that is. But life as Sensi Splinter would say must continue on.

Time skip...

Mikey did his ninja cry as he swung his nun chucks around. He also jumped onto of the air when Raph tried to land a hit on Mikey.  Jackie however wasn't training with them, she was with Leo. Sitting on her stool as she pet the ice fox, watching the turtles. April sent her metal fan to Raph who dogged it with ease.

"Goongalla!" Casey yelled as he tried to lay a hit on Donnie, who blocked it with his staff.  Raph kicked Aprils legs and smiled in victory, until April upper cutted him.

"I'm almost a full kuoich." April said as she folded her arms.

"Aw yeah, gotta be quick if you want to keep up with the ninja's dog!" Mikey said to Raph, April looked at Casey and Donnie. Donnie tried to trip Casey who jumped off the rock and jumped back.

"Sweet moves Donnie." Casey said as he flung his hockey stick at Donnie, he douged it only to see Casey used small rocks.

"Oh cheap shot!" Donnie said and tackled him, the two wrestled until April ran to them.

"You guys are acting like a bunch of caged animals!" April said, the two got up.

"Ah, were just blowing of some steam red." Casey said as he used the back of his hand to push Donnie, who held him in some sort of joke choke hold.

"Yeah, things have been a little tense lately. Right old friend?" Donnie asked him, Casey played along as he elbowed him in the stomach.

"We're all just a little frustrated April. No offense but, were turtles. We don't belong in a farm house! We belong in the sewers." Raph said as he walked behind April.

"Okay, not internally accurate but point made." Donnie said.

"Yeah that's all good but like Master Splinter would say, we must accept the hand the universe has dealt us." Mikey said as he closed his eyes and raise his hands.

"Wow, that's deep yo." Casey said, Raph looked at his brother.

"Master Splinters gone Mikey and Leo might never wake up!" Raph said, Jackie slammed the bathroom window shut. She knew he wasn't really hoping for that but she just couldn't take there fighting. "I'm going inside." He said. Jackie hugged the tiny fox.

"He'll get better." Jackie said as she looked at Leo and started crying. "He just has to." She said, Raph was on the outside of the doors and sighed as he knocked on the doors. "Go ahead." She said, he sat down next to her and looked at his brother. He sighed again and just shook his head.

"I just wish he could come back." Raph said, she smiled at him.

"He'll get better." She said, he looked at her.

"How do you know." She looked at the tiny fox and then at Leo.

"Let's just call it a hunch." She said, the fox then sprung right up and she looked at Leo. She started crying.

Leo was staring straight at her and smiling...
