Icicle: Part ll

On the way

 But while in the van, Jackie began to flutter open her eyes as she began to wake up. She looked up and saw Leo smiling down at her.

"Glad to see your awake." He said quietly, she smirked in reply until she heard a groan.

"Can we do all the lovey dovey stuff after we catch up to Casey and Donnie?" Raph grumbled, April and Mikey snickered to themselves as Jackie and Leo blushed so bad, Jackie got out of Leo's arms and sat next to him.

"You guys still haven't catch Donnie yet?" She asked, clearly worried.

"He's to fast for the Party Wagon to catch up!" Mikey said,  Jackie sighed in annoyance and folded her arms. Raph shifted his gaze for a minute to look at the mirror to look at Jackie.

"You weren't much of a help either." He said, she looked at him in confusion while Leo glared at his brother for even saying that. "You look like you just let Speed Demon beat you to a pulp." He said, Jackie opened her mouth to argue but started thinking about it. Jackie sighed and looked at the ground.

"I just didn't want to hurt him." Jackie said, Raph gripped the wheel.

"Oh no, Jackie's a saint for not wanting to hurt Speed Demon." He said sarcastically Mikey looked kinda hurt for what Raph said as April and Leo were glaring at Raph. Jackie balled her hands.

"Last I checked, Speed Demon is using Donnie's body, your brother might I add, and you expect me to just hurt him, risking the fact that I might do something worse then I did when we tried to save Cameron!" She yelled, beyond mad as Ice grew on the van. Jackie hid her face in her arms that were on her knees. Raph shut his trap for the rest drive as Mikey sat in the front seat next to him as Leo looked at Jackie with a sad look.

"Is that why you've been acting like the way you about your mom?" Leo asked quietly, Jackie pulled her head back and sighed.

"No. I know I'm suppose to feel something negative about this but I just can't. I guess that since their's nothing waiting for me at New york, the fact that you got hurt because I wasn't there to help in time, and that both of my parents lied to me at some point in time that I'm just done with feeling angry at something I can't control." She said, Leo frowned at her as she messed with her fingerless gloves.

"Hey, the aftermath of me going against Shredder isn't on you." He said as she moved her gaze to him. "And what about your dad? Isn't he still in new york?" He asked her, she laughed a little.

"No, I saw him in Australia when I was with the elementals. He told me he was going to stay there until he found out how to get the people there some water." Jackie said and looked at the wall infront of her. Leo was about to say something, but Raph cut him off.

"Casey got Donnie free! I say we run that rust bucket off the road, who is with me!" Raph said, April, Mikey and Jackie agreed and hurried to the front.

"COWABUNGA!" Jackie yelled with enthusiasm as the bus hit the car, causing it to fly off the cliff.

"I'll be back!" The car yelled, only for it to explode and fall to the woods. Jackie smirked as she folded her arms.

"Likely story." She said, Leo smirked at her. Mikey yelled in celebration.

"The party wagon takes the win!" Mikey said, Leo and April shared their looks of joy while Raph smirked. While on the road, Casey and Donnie were still sitting on the ground. They smiled as they looked at each other.

"Yes!" Donnie and Casey said while high fiving each other and then getting up. Once they did, the chicken drove the hot rod over to them, it squawked in reply causing Donnie to smirk.

"You did good too." Donnie said, April got out of the car with a smile.

"I'm so glad you two are okay, and I'm so glad you two are actually getting along!" April said, both proud and happy as Leo hopped out of the Van.

"Thanks Red." Casey said as Jackie Carefully got out of the van. "Hey Donnie, how awesome was me grabbed your giant head, huh? It was so werid!" Casey said, the two kept talking as everyone came out of the bus. April sighed.

"I thought I was glad they were getting along." April said, Raph walked up next to her with his arms folded.

"I know how you feel April." Raph said, this cause April to smirk at him. Jackie smirked as she watch Donnie and Casey actually not try to kill one another. Casey noticed and cleared his throat.

"What? Did the cage come unloose?" Donnie asked, assuming that what Casey stopped them from celebrating. Casey moved his eyes to Jackie over and over again until Donnie actually looked. "Holy toleto!" Donnie said as he put a hand on his head as he saw the state his icy friend was in.

"Yeah, Speed Demon wasn't exactly nice to me." Jackie said as she tried to rub her arm but yelped when she touched it.

"If we get back to the barn, I should have the right materials to patch you up." Donnie said, Jackie sighed and looked at the ground.

"Yeah." She said and walked to the van, Leo stayed behind as he was going to talk to his brother before they all drove off.

"Hey Leo." Donnie said, Leo looked at him. "I remember most of the things I did when Speed Demon took over my body. Why didn't Jackie just hit me?" He asked, Leo sighed as he put a hand on his neck.

"She was afraid of hurting you like she did when she was Icicle." He answered, Donnie looked at the van.

"Guess I know how she felt." Donnie said, they went into the van and Donnie patched up Jackie. He tried talking to her about it, but she didn't stick around for long.
