i woke up in the night around three not because i had another nightmare or something i just fell the presence of ethan near me , his hand was wrapped around me .

i turned around slowly because i don't wanna to wake him up , now the truth is out i wanted to hate him or get scared of him but what i am feeling is the exact opposite.

i am feeling excited ...i wanted to know more about him.

while i was staring ethan ...i am not gonna lie i was literary staring at him not blinking at all. he moved in his sleep & suddenly opened his eyes and i started to blush again in embarrassment because i have been caught.

"babygirl" he said while pulling me closer to him i part of me wanted to protest but also i liked it at the same time.

"i'm so sorry i didn't want to wake you up, i apologize."

"ofcourse you didn't ...staring is a part of sleeping."he said .

there was a moment of dead silence before we speak at the same time.

"i was..

"i am..  ethan chuckled & i laugh.

"you first.."ethan told me.

"okay...so..."i seriously don't know how to ask a question to werewolf.

"just ask already."

"don't you think this is not the best position to have a conversation like this", i blurted out.

he stare at me for 15 seconds before saying something.

"hmm..you know what you are right ....let's talk in the morning ...because it is not the right time also to talk stuff like this." he finished with a smirk.

"no..no.. please i want to know about you "i plead.

"good night babygirl " he kissed by forehead and turned around , now i sit on the bed.

becca was right i know how to ruin a perfect romantic moment in a second ..when i was in high school a guy prepare a song for me to ask for prom but when he ended the song ...in reply i asked for whom he made the song for ??...becca would say i am hopeless ...now i am feeling at she was right.

"ethan ..

no response.

"ethan please..

still no response ..hmm since the truth is out he wanted me to address himself as alpha.

"alpha"..i said .

and suddenly he lift me up from my side and i ended up on his side of the bed. there was no space between us & he looked very angry about it...now is the best time to say sorry annie..i thought.

"ea..

"not a word babygirl...not a word " he threatened me.

and i nodded feeling so weak in his clutches.

"don't you dare to call me alpha " he stated. 

"why?" my voice came as a whisper since i was breathing heavy.

"because i told you..anyway when i told you something  just do it without asking questions...i am angry on you because you didn't listen me earlier & all of this happened."

he told me these thing while burning in anger...i can feel his hot breath on side of my neck, his grip tightened around my waist & back.

i couldn't hold any longer so i cried.

ethan suddenly loosened his grip on me & stared to wipe my tears because he just realized what he did.

"don't cry babygirl ...i am sorry i will control myself from next time" he promised me unlike archer i can see emotion in his eyes....i control my sobbing somehow.

"you always get angry like this." i asked.

"no..i mean yes because i am an alpha"he said.

"and what is that?"

"leader of the pack."

i raised my eyebrow at his question.

"you are not going to sleep until i answer all of your questions" , he asked and i nod.

"so here we go..." and with that he started to tell me everything.

it was nearly morning when he end up telling me almost everything.

"so..lucy is jason's mate who is on a lower position that is "beta". i told him for confirmation.

"that's right...

"what about xevier ...does he also had a mate?"

"yup but that's different "..he said while getting up from bed.

"meaning?"

"xevier's mate is in another pack & she is a human like you " he explained.

"oh!! so you wolfs have mate which is a human?"

"yup but it happens rarely "..he said while making his way towards the door  

when i asked him the last question 

which i wanted to know eagerly since he told me about the mates .

"ethan can i ask you something?"

"weren't you doing that all night, he said while laughing ."

i looked down in embarrassment ...but hey!! i was curious about all this werewolf thing.

"babygirl ..what is it ? he asked slowly while looking at me.

"who is your mate ?"

"the one who is selected by me and roman." he simply shrugged.

i know that roman is his wolf ...apparently all the wolfs also had there names and mind.

"and who is that?" 

can't he just tell me already i am having my heart beating at the speed of  a jet.

he opened the door and was ready to walk out when he said.

"the girl i was mind-linking during the last night."

and with that he walked out and the time just frozened for me.

WAIT..WHAT?

THE GIRL HE WAS MINDLINKING DURING LAST NIGHT..

but he was talking with me in the evening..

means i was not his mate.

and with that my heart broke into million pieces.
