Chapter 12

1 hour later....

Your POV

I walk up to the bridge after discussing the plan with Wendy. I also told her about Himeko's small outburst and the return of my mother. Needless to say, she was not happy whatsoever. She still isn't over it actually. For example right now she's death glaring Himeko while holding my hand tightly. Theresa watched the three of us carefully as we waited on the bridge. 

"Dumb bimbo." Wendy mutters under her breath her glare slightly faltering 

"What did you call me?" Himeko growls leaning down to Wendy's height

"You heard what I said." Wendy shoots back 

"At least I'm not some weakling that has to worry about her knight getting taken away from her constantly." Himeko smirks as Wendy loosens her hold slightly

Himeko of course notices this, and quickly pulls me face first into her glorious cleavage. The honkai energy in the room suddenly shoots up, causing the hairs on the back of my neck to stand up. I slowly look over my shoulder to see a VERY pissed off Wendy. Her teal eyes were practically shining with rage. 

"I'm going to tear you apart-"

"They're here." Theresa states looking at the large ship which is now in front of us

With great hesitance Himeko let me go back into the arms of Wendy. She calms down as she takes me into her arms again, nuzzling her face into the crook of my neck. I place my hands on her hips creating a small amount of space between us. She of course pouts, and I place a small kiss on her lips with a smile. Wendy went to deepen the kiss when Theresa once again blocked us.

"Come on. They're on the deck."

I nod, the four of us quickly moving into the elevator. The doors closed just as Himeko spoke.

"Is Mei in position?" She asks Theresa 

"Yes. She's with Kiana in the med bay."

"Are we sure she'll be safe there? My mother will pounce on any opportunity she can get. She'll most likely go after Mei for her herrscher power."

Neither adults say anything putting me on edge. I was about to say something when the doors opened, revealing three female figures on the deck. We approach them cautiously, the blonde in the middle speaking up rather quickly and authoritatively. 

"Where is she Theresa?"

"That's none of your concern Durandal. She is under watch and her vitals are stable."

"Do those vitals include her honkai energy?" The maid looking girl asked with a rather smug look

"You always are a smart ass aren't you Rita?" Himeko growls 

Despite the urge to say something I bit my tongue keeping myself silent. By this time we were standing within a few inches of the three females. My eyes landed on the last girl who had a black and orange mask over her eyes. Her hair was a blueish purple and styled into a ponytail. I don't know why but for some reason I felt like I somehow knew these three. Although I couldn't quite put my sword on it. Suddenly the mystery girl stepped forward looking down at our captain.

"We aren't playing any games Theresa. Where is she?"

"I'd take a step back if I were you." I warn the girl moving between her and Theresa, "I don't appreciate that you are threatening her."

I felt a surge of honkai energy hit me as Durandal and Rita moved to the side of their comrade. Both girls' eyes were scanning me as if they are looking for something.

"Do you mind?" I snarl as Wendy's anger reaches me 

Their eyes snapped up to mine, "You seem familiar." Rita states leaning on her scythe, "I feel like I should know you-"

"She's one of Otto's honkai knights." The blue haired girl spoke

My eyes snap to her in complete rage, "One of? I'm the only one left. My sisters died in that damn bastards laboratory. I'm surprised you don't hate him as much as I do..." My brain suddenly recognized her, "Fu Hua."

Durandal and Rita looks at me surprised but I'm not affected, "Tell me is all of this worth it to revive some girl that he was too chicken to confess to? He's gone mad Fu Hua and you know it. Just like the girl he lusts after. The one Kaslana you beat centuries ago before switching over to his side."

A tense silence overcomes our small group as I unsheathe my weapons. Rita steps in between us trying to deter the tension.

"Well if that is the case then consider being lucky. We only come here for Kiana. That's all we want. Don't consider getting in our way."

I can feel Wendy's and my energy becoming one, letting the honkai energy flow through us. A dark chuckle escapes my lips once Wendy stands next to me in her herrscher form. 

"You three clearly do not understand the bond of a herrscher and her knight." Wendy spoke, the wind picking up around us, "That bastard deserves to die after what he did to her. He needs to stop his foolish lust. Kallen Kaslana is dead. He needs to deal with it."

The tension in the air around us could be cut with a butter knife. Although Fu Hua quickly tried to make a run towards the door. To the regular human eye she moved as fast as the Flash but with my combined energy I could see her perfectly. Half way to her desired destination I knee her in the side, causing her to fly into the side of the ship. Rita and Durandal quickly unsheath their weapons along with Himeko and Theresa. 

"Move aside." Durandal commands the two 

Theresa and Himeko don't listen, blocking off the two vaklyries from Wendy and I, "That's not going to happen."

The four begin to battle as Fu Hua got to her feet.

"I don't want to do this Y/N." She states readying her fists

"To be honest I don't want to either but you work for him. I won't allow for Kiana to undergo the same treatment I did. I wish we were still on the same side." I tell her my eyes fill with sadness remebering the happy memories Fu Hua and I once had

Wendy prepares herself just before Fu Hua charges us.
