They take bela to hospital, where doctor checks bela all are tensed outside while mahir having teary eyes waiting for doctor's statement

As soon doctor came out of ward he ask "how she is now"

Dr: she is too weak and looks like she didn't ate anything since 2 weeks and in this condition its too dangerous for both
All are suprized by doctor's words

Sumi: what do u nean by "this condition"
Dr: oh looks like u don't know about her pregnency

Sumi: what! she is pregnent (with excitment)
Dr: yes but bela is
Doctor didn't complete her words mahir intrrupts

Mahir: abort this child i don't want this child
Sumi:what mahir are you mad
Mahir: yes i am mad its my decision mom so please (to Dr.) please start preperations for abortion

Dr: ok but we will operate it tomorrow
Mahir: thankyou doctor , can i take bela to home

Dr: why not but take care about her diet and medicines

Sumi: mahir tu apne hi bacche ko maar raha hai pagal ho tum ,mahir bela ko pata hai iss bacche ke baare mein
Mahir(to whole family): bela se iss bacche ke baare mein koi baat nahi karega koi nahi bataega that she is pregnent aur baaki mai sambhal lunga

Mahir: dad please i don't wanna argue on this its my child and i will decide i want him or not so please

He leaves and enters in bela's ward and finds bela unconcious by seeing her pale face Tears started falling from his eyes and he hugs her tightly

Mahir: bela i am sorry bohot bura hun mai meri galatiyon ki saza tumhe mil rahi hai you are suffering from all this because of me bela and am the worst person mai mafi ke layak nahi hun mai apne hi bacche ko bhi maar raha hun bela
Mahir felt someone's touch on his hairs and saw she gain conciousness

Mahir backs off and shocked to see her
Bela: kya hua mahir ji aap ese kyu dekh rahe hai
Mahir: be..bela..vo..mai iss b

Bela intruppts
Bela(worried tone): mahir ji aap ro rahe the kya (seeing tears printed face and guilty face)
Mahir: ma...matlab tum ne nahi sunna maine kya kaha

Bela: nahi kya dubara bata sakte hai kya
Mahir: nahi kuch important nahi itna, tum batao yeh sab kyu kiya? accha tum theek to ho? (in worried tone)
Bela: mahir ji tension mat lijiye mai theek hun lekin apko kya faraq padta hai mere theek hone se apko to mujhe takleef dene mein maza aata hai na

Mahir again feels guilty and his eyes became teary but he controls his emotions infront of bela

After sometime they takes bela to home
Sumi: bela beta tum jake aaram karo
Bela: lekin
Sumi: jesa kaha hai vesa karo tum to sabka kayal rahte hue apne barre mein bhul gayi
Bela: ji maa

Bela goes towards mahir follows her
While bela is stepping first stair he lift bela in arms in bridal style
Bela: ma..mahir ji app yeh kya kar rahe hai 
Mahir: bela you are weak get it so i will be with you 24*7 because you are careless about yourself so i should take care na

Bela is shocked but suprise too so she smiles with teary eyes but her happiness vanished when she relizes they are infront of family so he is acting

He takes her to room made her sit comfortably on bed
Mahir: bela mai bas abhi aaya
He came with food
Mahir: yeh dekho tumhara fav food

Bela: mujhe bhook nahi hai mujhe nahi khana mahir ji aap kha lijiye
Mahir: mai kha lunga lekin usse pehle tum khaogi
Bela: nahi mahir ji mujhe sach mein

Mahir intrrupts
Mahir: chup tumhe aahat ho gayi hai na rude mahir ki to ab vaise hi rahunga bela u didn't ate anything scince 2 weeks still am calm because i don't want to see your tears i don't want you to cry so like a obidient child have your food
Bela got scared and nodes silently

He feed her first bite and she asks him to eat himself also
They finished their dinner bela first time feeling blessed by being with him
He gave her medicine asks her sleep

She is going to sleep on couch mahir stops her making lie on bed and hovers her
Mahir: isn't you are uncomfortable on couch
Bela: no pehle hota tah ab nahi
Mahir: ok but still u will sleep here only with me(in a sweet and teasing tone)
Bela: but why

Mahir: dekhiye Mrs.sehgal i don't like questions and i am tired also so i will answer it later(just acting to avoid the tipic) acha can i hold you hug kar sakta hun
Bela is too much confused and suprized too by his behaviour so in nodes in yes only

Mahir sleeps on her chest but something strikes in his mind he again hovers her and asks " your having headache because of high dosed medicines"

Bela: haan thoda sa but its ok
Mahir: kya ok bela pehle kyun nhai bataya
He gets up and kept her head in his lap and starting massaging it

Bela is shocked
Bela: mahir ji you are also tired so plz sleep and your hand is also fractured so plz sleep
Mahir: no bela lemme do my work

Bela eyes filled with tears and asks "app esa kyu kar rahe hai hum akele hain koi nahi hai yaha i mean hum apke room me hain to acting mat kariye please"
Mahir again feels guilt by her words so he bent towards her by controling his emotions
Mahir: Mrs. Sehgal yeh humara room hai

Bela: mahir ji plz yeh natak band kijiye kam se kam nere samne mat kijiye mujhe apki sympathy nahi chahiye so plz yeh juthi umeed mat dijiye aur
She can't complete her words mahir pecked on her lips
Bela got suprized by his sudden action

Mahir: aap kitna bolti hai bela ji kabhi toh chup raha kariye now sleep you are tired
Mahir kisses her forehead bela shuts eyes because she thought he will kiss her lips again
Bela felt bliss first time by his sweet and caring nature but then thought its just because she in not well
She slept by leaving all thoughts

Its 2 am
Mahir standing beside window folding his hand by keeping his palms on his arms tears are continuously falling down from his cheeck and the creulness he does with bela is roaming in his mind

Mahir: bohot bura hun mai yes bela i don't deserve you the only i deserve is death and i totured you i insulted you still you didn't utter a word against me you always thought about myself while i was a beast to you, you always thought about my wellness i never make you concentrate on you career even just because of me you left your job too i did everything by which you suffered and you didn't say a word to anyone just because you love your family a lot bela you are a purest soul in this world and again i am killing our child also you even don't know about our baby

He looks at bela who is sleeping peacefully he sat beside her and started caressing her forehead
Mahir: bela i know i don't deserve you but i can't live without plz don't leave me
