(aizawa is dad and hizashi is pops just so you know)

AIZAWA'S POV

izuku made his way into the bathroom with his clothes and locked the door behind him without a word. what an odd problem child. i turn to hizashi and he just shrugs. "i'm gonna go sign him out, i'll meet you in the car." i say in a bland tone of voice. hizashi gives me a kiss and i make my way to the front desk. i finish signing him out and head out to the car. after about 5 minuets if waiting, i see hizashi and izuku walking towards the car. hizashi seems to be talking about something, and izuku is listening intently. hizashi opens the back door for izuku and gets into the passenger side door. "alright, so time for introductions! i'm hizashi yamada and this is shota aizawa. he still goes with the last name aizawa." hizashi says. "i'm izuku midoriya, but you already know that. i'm sorry if i don't talk much." the problem child says in a clearly unused voice. it sounds harsh and forced, i hope he doesn't strain his voice while trying to use it. "it's ok, little listener. i'm sure your voice will get stronger and you'll be able to talk just as much as me, shota or hitoshi." he responds as i pull out of the parking lot.  "wait, did you talk to him about hitoshi?" i ask. "a little. hitoshi is your age, izuku, so it'll be like having a best friend by your side." hizashi says. izuku just seems to nod tiredly. "so, it's already 17:30 (5:30). what do you want to do for dinner?" i say after a minute of silence. "can you cook, shota? pleaseeeee~?" hizashi asks. "fine. what do you want to eat, izuku?" i ask the problem child. i hear no response, so i turn my head to check on him and he's sleeping. it's actually... kinda adorable. hizashi seems to have picked up on my thoughts and he sighed. "you understand what's happening, don't you?" he says.

i simply nod my head and focus back on the road. "if you wanna adopt him, i'm not opposed. he's cute and quiet, not to mention, he's been through a lot... he could really use a family right now, and putting him in the foster system— well, it could really break him. did you know he has more than one quirk? if he was in the foster system, the family he gets might just use him. i think it's best if we take him in for a while and see what he's like. if he stays, he stays." hizashi says, letting out a sigh at the end. i nod my head in agreement. "so, how many quirks does he have?" i ask, suddenly interested in something other than the road. "it sounds like he doesn't even know. all he said was 'a few' when i asked him. also, what was that thing about a brother? his file said nothing about any relatives." he said in a confused tone of voice. "maybe its the person who got him out of that place. you know, maybe a brother that's not biologically related to him." i shrug. he seems to agree, so with that, i turn on the radio. we listen to a few good songs before we make it to our driveway. when we park, i hop out and hizashi grabs izuku, taking him in the house. he was very careful not to wake up the sleeping problem child. annnnnnnnnyhow, i follow them inside and immediately notice hitoshi on the couch staring at izuku as hizashi takes him to the guest bedroom. i walk up to hitoshi. "hey, who's that?" he asks. i smile slightly and give him a hug. "that's izuku midoriya." i say. he immediately let's go of the hug and looks at me shocked. "you found him?!" he asks. i nod my head slightly. "he was just in his house last night. we found him when we were staking out the house. he passed out before we could bring him here, so i took him to the hospital." i say blandly. "that's so cool!" he says. i nod, say a quick "thanks kid", and make my way to the kitchen. i decided to make some katsudon pork cutlet rice bowls for dinner. hopefully the problem child likes it.

i was almost done making dinner when i hear a scream. just fan fucking tastic. "sounds like izuku's up. hitoshi, go check on him, will you? i don't trust your pop." i say in a bland voice, yet i'm sure he could sense the worry as he ran to make it to izuku's room.

HITOSHI'S POV

i run into the guest bedroom and see izuku in the corner of the room, huddled up in an egg shape. i slowly make my way to him and ask; "hey, are you ok?". he looks up at me with fear and shock on his face. "bad dream?" i ask. he nods his head and swallows harshly. "mind if i sit down?" i ask. he shakes his head and i sit next to him. "so, wanna talk about it?" i ask. "i don't... talk much." he says in a forced, husky tone. his voice is weak, either from screaming or something else. "that's ok... anything i can do to help?" i ask. he puts his finger to his chin and ponders a bit before turning to me. "what's life like?" he asks. now it's my turn to be confused. "what do you mean?" i ask. "is it good? bad? boring?" he asks again. "it's good, mostly. some people bully me for having a villainous quirk, but that won't stop me becoming a hero like dad and pops. when your parents are pro hero's, life doesn't really get boring." i say happily. izuku nods then turns to me again. "what is your quirk?" he asks. "promise not to make fun of me?" i retort. he nods so i tell him; "it's called brainwashing. if i ask someone a question and they respond verbally, i can gain control over them and command them to do what i say." he thinks for a minute before turning back to me. "i don't see how that's villainous. i mean, yeah, you have control over others, but you have control over weather you use it or not, too. nobody else can make you do good or bad things with it because it's your quirk, not theirs. i mean, take me for example. you could've made me do anything because i responded to one of your questions, but you didn't. that's because you're not villainous." he says simply. "what's your quirk? do you have one?" i ask, hoping to change the subject. he hesitantly nods his head. "a few, actually." he says. i look at him sideways. "what are they?" i ask. he looks to me then looks to his hands. "well, i used to develop quirks very frequently, but it's slowed down to about 1-2 times a year where i get a new quirk. i have no idea how many i have in total... but i can explain a few. i have one where i can steal energy from another living being, i can possess qualities or traits from different animals- even look like them too. i have one named 'growth', a water quirk, a memory quirk, a time freeze quirk, eraser quirk- kinda like aizawa's, and a bunch of others." he says quickly. thats a lot more than i expected... "wait... you remind me of shinjiki! shinjiki midoriya! is that your grandfather?!" i ask excitedly. he looks at me shocked, but then re-focuses his attention back on his lap. "i don't know any of my family other than my mother and father. i've heard of my grandfather having many quirks, but i never knew his name." he says plainly, though he has a small smile on his face.
